Guilin Hotels with Gym

Amazing hotel, I guess it has been renovated recently . The room is magnetic, and the staff can speak English quite well . Swimming pool, jacuzzis (3 of them), sauna and steam room, excellent gym with table tennis 🏓 equipments makes this property and excellent place to stay. Breakfast was excellent as I am a huge fan of Chinese food, not much of western food, but there are kids station, bread, coffee (good one) , sausage and bacon, and several other options of pastries such as croissants and danish. Thanks XiaoWu小伍 for the amazing service guiding us around the rooftop, taking pictures of us, and giving assistance providing all the important information on how to enjoy the hotel facilities . the only bad thing is the costumers , a huge amount of them smoke everywhere although there are signs saying the whole property is forbidden to smoke. The hotel should remove the ashtrays in front of the elevators . Unfortunately it is a problem in China when you go to hotels and makes very unpleasant the shared ventilation bringing smoking smell into other people’s room.

Sheraton Guilin is a great base for daily tours around Guilin. The hotel has a lot of choices for breakfast, beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring the food street and walking along the river. We were upgraded to have access to the club lounge — highly recommended asking for annual upgrade. One recommendation we have is to increase the offering of vegetarian dishes — there are plenty of dishes in the club lounge that didn’t need the addition of animal meat. Avon, the manager, and her team took care of all of us during our stay.

I picked this hotel because his location is face directly to the elephant mountain. The service and facilities are excellent but the breakfast is kind of simple. According to the price, they should add more choices for breakfast. The staff are trying to do a good job, I saw they have a training class for English. However, details need to do care. For example, a guy in the breakfast restaurant who coughing all the time but never cover his mouth. I stayed for 5 nights, I saw him every time. For them, they don't realize that is a problem.

The hotel service is very good, very recommend you to Guilin stay, and the hotel has a unique decoration design is very beautiful, the scenery is very beautiful, is our travel the most satisfactory one

Great place to stay. Jolin, the staff is thoughtful enough as gave us a goody beg once we check out for our nxt destination. The rooms were great, toilets are clean..breakfast is awesome. Will definitely suggest this strategic location place for my friends. Frm the hotel, we walk to the elephant trunk, twin pagoda..n mcdonalds is just nxt to the hotel. Not to mention the night market to shops as well.

The hotel is not situated in the city centre, but it only takes you a few minutes cab/hired car ride to the city centre. It costs around RMB 10 to city centre where you can find more eateries. I love the beautiful hill scenery from my room, which is a kind of postcard view. After every dinners, I like walking in the spacious garden area outside the hotel lobby. Quiet, comfy and relaxing! I find some foreign tourists in the morning buffet session, so it must be a good choice for foreigners who might trust an international reputable hotel group.

Beyond my expectation. Service is at tip top. Walkable to many places of interest within 400m. The receptionists were so helpful giving directions as where to go and assist to call for cab anytime i needed the service. Remarkable housekeeper aunty, asking me need not wait for my laundry as she will make sure it is all done and will deliver to my room, she even drop me a note after sending the laundry on my bed. Got a upgraded family room which was spacious and on the high floor. The hotel 7th floor has a small pool and nice view of the Jingjang Wangfu background and the ancient city. They do served tea at 3pm with some nice cookies and desserts, breakfast was awesome with order to make famous Guilin Noodle soup. Highly recommend this hotel for personalize service and a comfort room. Would rate it 5/5. 酒店位置很好，房间卫生很干净，设施设备很齐全，有洗衣房健身房提供，一楼大堂还有免费咖啡提供，大堂环境也很好，宽敞明亮，前台服务员水琳服务很好.

Such a beautiful experience! The staff were so friendly and helpful from the beginning to end. I immediately connected with Ke to help build the itinerary and booked a wonderful trip to Yangshuo. The only downside is that it’s a bit far out from Guilin center (30 minutes). I spent the whole day on the river tour and when I returned luckily they had barbecue on the roof. The room was large and spacious with one of biggest bathrooms I’ve seen. My only regret is not spending MORE time at the hotel on the beautiful balcony of the room :)

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel from the beginning. When I arrived the staff were super helpful and polite from the minute I stepped out of my taxi. The staff at the front desk were very polite and efficient and the receptionist also upgraded my room for a room with a better view. They could barely speak English but went out of their way to use a translator to ensure that I understood what was going on. When I got to my room, it was beautiful and matched the theme of the hotel which is a fusion af antique and modern. When the receptionist entered my room, he instantly got a strong cigarette smoke smell and immediately offered to get it fixed. The buffet dinning area was well set up and offered a wide array of dishes, drinks, pastries and desserts. I ate dinner which was an added cost of 99rmb which is reasonable considering the huge variety of food that was offered. The breakfast was just as good as it also had a huge selection of food. The location of the hotel was great as it was very close to downtown and the surrounding area was lovely to go walking. The hotel also offered in house entertainment every day which was a huge plus. I'm very pleased with my stay at the Grand Bravo.

The environment is good, with the water system of two rivers and four lakes in front of the door. There is a small parking lot at the door, but there are few parking spaces. It depends on luck whether you can park your car. The room facilities are a bit old. The weird thing is that there is a door between the room and another room. Although it is locked, the sound insulation is very poor. You can hear the farts in other rooms. Overall, it is considered a five-star hotel.
