基礎房升了兩級 前台小姐姐超給力，外賣不讓送上樓 酒店人員拿出自己時間幫我送，屬於額外工作，整個所有人員 設施都非常好， 我不知道是不是我幻覺好像被子有點隱約腳味 。 另外之前本來讓旅行社幫我訂 説是找紅經理， 紅經理像**一樣，掛電話按電話。。一身傲骨。我真不知道這種**為什麼會在這種崗位。

剛入住有換過一次房，但是換房不是由前台安排人來帶我們，而是客房的人帶我們看的，走的是員工電梯，等了很久，想問一下你們正常帶房也是走的員工電梯嗎？
升級的商務套，但是房錢和上次過來住完全是一樣的，請問升級在了哪裡？
房間內一個燈帶是壞的。整個房間衹有兩個垃圾桶。大的垃圾桶藏在客房的一個小角落裡小的垃圾桶放在衞生間，大的垃圾桶不找根本看不到，小的垃圾桶根本不夠用，洗澡水忽大忽小，馬桶水壓也不夠，這家酒店外表看起來還是很新的，但是內部設施怎麼這麼陳舊，而且個個都不好用。
最無語的是設計佈局非常奇怪，有一個浴缸橫在那裡，實用性幾乎沒有，擋路的作用倒是很明顯。推拉門非常難拉，而且很重。也不知道這樣的設計是為了好看還是為方便，還是怎麼樣，完全搞不懂。

在桂林新區，整體比較新，硬件環境不錯，不過作為福朋來説沒感覺到和經濟連鎖酒店的區別，把它當作維也納就差不多

在桂林市政府斜對面，桂林臨桂新區，距離市區有點距離，但是環境衞生房間大小，客服服務真的沒話説，四星酒店國慶期間也衹要四百多，旁邊有個綜合體，吃飯很方便，除了距離象鼻山有點距離，但是打車也很方便，就是市區國慶期間尤其象鼻山景區很堵，可以打車到附近，步行去景點，因為國慶太堵了，象鼻山附近景區走路比打車要快多了😂。總之酒店非常完美！
