房東小哥很愛乾淨，一進門很亮堂很乾凈，還有一衹超級可愛的小兔子，同屋的一個姐姐很友好，還帶我去了附近當地人吃的早點攤，離火車站非常非常近

老闆是20多歲的小夥子，熱情主動、勤快得很。公用的廚房乾淨、整潔，衞生間（分男女）也沒有異味，淋浴水很大，空調給力。因為在桂林站背後，有報站的聲音，戴上靜音耳塞就可以睡到自然醒。距離象鼻山不遠，蹬個自行車一會兒就到了。陽朔回來的大巴終點就在街對面，機場大巴到斜對面酒店也有可以下車的點，坐機場大巴到民航酒店要從前面橋底下繞一下，也就10分鐘的電瓶車時間。很方便。

服務：老闆是一個江西小夥，很熱心有啥不懂的，他都耐心解答，還會推薦周圍的景點，以及攻略
