El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en el centro de todo. El acceso en ascensor es un poco sucio pero después el hotel está muy bien cuidado. La habitación era muy grande y la cama muy cómoda. En recepción muy amables, incluso una recepcionista hablaba un poco de inglés.

The location was incredibly good, really close to the street markets of the town, the Moon and Sun pagodas and other attractions. We particularly enjoyed the availability of the staff to share insights and recommendations, as well as the self-service traditional tea room. Also the design of the hotel and rooms was quite cosy and charming!
Only negative note is the old entrance lift which is shared with the shopping mall nearby. One day we entered to go back to the hotel and found two full garbage bins inside the lift waiting to be emptied. Apart from that, positive experience!
