小童俱樂部的活動組織比較混亂，GO對孩子態度冷淡。外籍GO都比較好。空中飛人這裏一箇中國員工理平頭操北方口音的，給孩子腰上系安全帶記得太緊，把孩子弄疼了，我和他説稍微松一點，他説那出事了我可不管。態度非常差。去的那幾天酒店裡很多孩子上吐下瀉發燒，我們兩個孩子也中招了。

This hotel is becoming more and more like a traditional model. The service attitude is polite but distant. The GO culture that was originally a blend of cultures has become rigid. If you don’t know, you would think you are working in a state-owned enterprise. I heard with my own ears that a GO was scolded for recommending a tour guide to me at my request. I don’t understand why the kind help became a violation of principles, just because he recommended it to me during working hours instead of after get off work? It was alienating, depressing and suffocating. It was stipulated that you could not ask a GO to accompany you without someone to accompany you. You had to leave immediately at a certain time. There was basically no one to accompany you when you ate. There was no one to chat with at the bar. It was completely evolving into a traditional hotel. There was no human touch. When encountering a problem, they did not try to solve it but brought out the rules. They did not even allow for a disclaimer for activities that were not accepted, and there was no room for them. They did not make concessions in other places. I came here for a happy vacation and worked in a state-owned enterprise. I moved to a traditional hotel after staying for one night. The restaurant manager Huang and the GO who was scolded for pushing my tour guide were really friendly and caring about meeting customer needs. The overall GO atmosphere of this hotel has changed, and this brand has stopped here.

I made a temporary reservation and rushed over to check in. The front desk was surprised that the twin beds had to be removed and they had to wait for more than ten minutes. The occupancy rate was not high and was given to suites. There was a laptop and a wallet with cash in the luggage, and the luggage was left at the door. The hot water in the suite was not warm even after 20 minutes, so I just washed my hair and went out. In the evening, GO had dinner together and introduced paddle board yoga and trapeze. I booked the paddleboard yoga venue, with an instructor and a cameraman, so I was very happy. After the filming, he was also a Zumba instructor and he danced very happily. The trapeze was quite fun. Guilin Resort has day pass and night pass, but I don’t think this is necessary. Facilities: ok twin is a one meter holywood twin. Hygiene: It's hard to describe. The fruit I was given was spoiled. 網評都説硬件比較舊，房間不行，所以做好了心理準備。前台升級了陽台房，感覺房間挺好啊，面積不小，還有沙發床給小朋友，小童洗漱用品啊拖鞋浴袍都提前備好，再加上陽台外大片綠地，很滿意了。Rex主動加了微信，有什麼疑問都很快速回復，入住當天還送了午餐，退房還送了小禮物，很棒。自助餐我本來也沒期待味道，想着能吃飽就行了，意外品質還不錯。重要的是服務員很多，收餐盤及時，補菜也很快。蒙古餐廳鐵板燒好評，蓮餐廳沒吃上。總結：可以再來。
