My partner and I recently stayed at Steigenberger Guilin, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel offers a luxurious ambiance with beautifully appointed rooms and stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. The service was impeccable, and the on-site dining options were top-notch. Its location is perfect for exploring Guilin’s scenic spots. Overall, a fantastic choice for a romantic getaway.

This was by far one of the most gorgeous resorts I’ve ever stayed in. Every single design detail is well-thought of, with customer satisfaction in mind. The view is gorgeous, the walking/jogging trails are flawless, we were speechless. Everything very new and very clean. Staff is polite and always smiling. Truly 5 star. The only downside is that it is 1-2 hr away from attractions & train stations.

Breathtaking place to stay in majestic surroundings. We came during a quieter period but it meant we had the whole place to ourselves. Great breakfast selection. Would consider coming back again when we’re next in Guilin or better yet when temperatures cool down. Jacky (the manager) was really friendly and went out of his way to help us.

hotel was upgraded to Song hotel (6 star). Location is average, because nothing is around. Rooms were awesome but not room cleaning due to covid. Also, no new towels, coffee etc. on a Daily Basis. At new years eve we came back home at 1am and there was nobody at reception desk anymore and we had to walk 1,5 Kilometer to our room. Breakfast room was really cold and we had to wear a winter jacked.

I was very nervous before coming here, and I read various reviews saying that there were various problems. After coming here, I found that my worries were unnecessary, and everything was very good. Guilin in August without rain is indeed very hot. The free theme park ticket is also very good. Don't focus on the shortcomings. After all, this price is really cost-effective. There is no problem playing in the theme park for two days, but the weather is too hot, which affects the desire to play. The food is also not bad. Anyway, I can accept it and think it is worth a second visit. In short, don't ask too much for this price, and you will experience a very lively and interesting August holiday.

The Yangshuo trip ended early, and I had an extra day, so I decided to come here to experience it. Maybe because it was the weekend, there were many people staying in the hotel, so I upgraded the room type for free when I checked in. The room package I booked included tickets to three amusement parks, free riding, boating and other projects. The three parks are definitely not comparable to professional amusement parks, but for children, they are enough to play. It is worth noting that most of the projects in the tribal park require children over 1.4 meters to play. In addition to the non-powered park, children can basically play with very gentle equipment such as the Ferris wheel and the carousel. The hotel environment is very good, and it is very suitable to bring children to play in the hotel.

I came here to comment. This time I chose Shiboge as a parent-child hotel for summer vacation travel. It is really invincible! The hotel facilities are no different from the pictures. The whole resort has a beautiful environment, mountains, water, lakes and forests, like a large scenic spot. We stayed for three days and still felt unsatisfied. The best thing is that you can fish. There are countless small fish in the lake, and the species are rich. For northern fishermen, it is an absolute resource. My little girl Kuku caught a fish and took off happily. Except for going to the park and eating and sleeping, we fished every day. It was really a vacation~ We also saw rainbows and sunsets after the rain. They were all taken in the hotel. Isn’t happiness concrete... All the staff are very nice. The uncle at the water pier is very kind. The water activities are very fun. I played bicycles twice and kayaking once. There are no shortcomings except sun exposure. If you don't want to go to a crowded scenic spot, and just want to take your children on a vacation without wasting time, this place is really recommended. Although the three parks included are not big, they are very exquisite and there are not many people. It is enough to take your children out for a walk. The children are happy and the adults are not tired. This is the meaning of vacation. There is also a small suggestion. The chef of the BBQ self-service barbecue is simply too busy, causing everyone to queue up to get meat. I ate for two days and didn't eat a few skewers of meat in total. I still recommend that you travel during off-peak hours, and the experience will be better!

The location of this hotel is very good, just a stone's throw away from the theme park, which is very convenient for visiting. However, the shuttle bus provided by the hotel is relatively sparse, so it will be more free and flexible if you take a taxi yourself. The afternoon tea and breakfast options provided by the hotel may not be too many, but the quality is acceptable and the taste is good. It is worth mentioning that the facilities in the hotel room are very excellent, not only equipped with a comfortable bathtub, but also a separate shower room. In addition, the location of this hotel also has another big advantage - it is located on the lakeside, and you can enjoy beautiful lake views from the room. Whether it is morning or evening, it can bring different viewing experiences. But there's also something troubling about this environment. Even if the air conditioner is turned on, there will be some damp feeling in the room. If you need to wash your clothes, it's almost impossible to dry them in one night However, the problem of the number of hotel staff is quite regrettable. Although their service attitude is very good, because there are so many guests, both the front desk and the restaurant are seriously understaffed, so the waiting time will inevitably be long. 

The hotel environment is very good, there is a playground nearby, very suitable for family travel, the room is spacious and the decoration design is also modern. I feel that there are two points that can be improved. The first is that the service about the playground can be provided when checking in. The second is that the quality of breakfast and afternoon tea can be improved. There is a difference between the afternoon tea and the platform display. The breakfast style is a little inferior to other Huazhuhui hotels. But it is still worth recommending more friends to come. Looking forward to a better stay experience next time.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the environment was beautiful and pleasant! We gave a lot of things, including fruits, afternoon tea, midnight snacks, bamboo rafts, unlimited entry to the three parks for two days, and fireworks at night.

The service is thoughtful, the environment is first-class, the project is wonderful, the park design is excellent, the food tastes great, walking and relaxing in the park, swimming and fitness, and watching the military exhibition will make you happy physically and mentally! Seeing that I was a Ctrip VIP, the lobby also helped me upgrade the lake view room for free, with a wide view, which is very good! A very satisfying trip!

It's very suitable for bringing children. The room is OK, the view is nice, and it's very quiet. It might be the off-season when I went there. They gave me bicycles, late-night canteen, tickets to three amusement parks, boating, afternoon tea, and it's quite suitable for a leisurely vacation.
