The air conditioner in the room was too cold and could not be adjusted. There was no boiled eggs for breakfast, and it was difficult to wait for fried eggs. The check-out was urged at 1:30 pm, and the guests were awakened during their nap, which was a very bad experience. Others were above average.

The service was warm and the concierge helped to open the car door and take the luggage. The facilities in the room were also well maintained, with dry and wet separation, a bathtub, and very comfortable bedding. The most satisfactory thing was that the air conditioner made very little noise and did not affect sleep. I would definitely come again.

The hotel is decorated in a grand style, the rooms are spacious, the facilities are new, clean and sanitary, the swimming pool is also very good, the children are very happy. The best thing is the service, from the front desk to the housekeeping, every employee is very polite and considerate, I will stay here again next time.

The parent-child room is a bit of a pit. And I didn't see the "children's books" mentioned in the introduction, but we didn't plan to read them, so we didn't go to the front desk. The swimming pool and children's play area are all available, but they don't look very clean... Then for breakfast, the receptionist's attitude is not very good. We have a 120cm clogged child, and she thinks we should pay for the meal. I said we should be in the free condition, but we bought a room with three breakfasts, so this restriction doesn't matter. . I don't know if she couldn't understand or just thought height was related to eating. After explaining for a long time... she finally got past the height issue and let me go... Although there were many breakfast varieties, the quality was not high, and the ingredients were too ordinary... It felt stingy... The yogurt was served with a spoon, and no individually packaged yogurt was provided... This was the first time I saw a hotel do this... 😂 The hot pot area was also dirty... The visual sense was not very good... I have to mention that the greeting cards left by the front desk receptionist and the manager were still very heartwarming

The rooms are the same size, put a few cartoon toys, and it becomes a parent-child room, which costs hundreds of dollars more. I paid the IQ tax, so forget it. Since it is a parent-child room, the disinfection work should be done well. After sleeping for a night, the adults had several big bites and the children had a layer of bumps on their arms. There were constant insects in the bathtub.

The hotel service is thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, there is a bathtub with sufficient water pressure and it is very comfortable. Especially the bedding is comfortable, very quiet and I slept soundly. I will choose this place again in the future.

The hotel lobby is absolutely of 5-star standard, spacious and bright, with many crystal chandeliers. I particularly like the one that looks like osmanthus, which has a strong sense of design. Unfortunately, my skills are too poor to capture the effect.

The room is comfortable and the experience is good! The hygiene is OK, but the WiFi network is not strong enough. Everything else is good. The location is convenient and easy to find. There are enough parking spaces for easy parking.
