Exceptional stay! Impeccably clean room, outstanding guest care, and incredibly friendly, accommodating staff. Rooms were always beautifully maintained with all necessities replenished promptly. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is new, opened in 2022. Service was excellent, especially the young man at the reception, Xiao Yi, who went above and beyond the call of duty. He confirmed our tour reservation and even help us order a bowl of noodles next door. Thank you Wing Hotel and Xiao Yi. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if our travel bring us back to Guilin oneday.

Room was clean and tidy with a nice tatami by the bay window area to enjoy the views along the river. Staff were very nice to provide recommendations around the city as well.

The location of the hotel is very good, right here in binjiang road, very close to the scenic spot, and Tingting Xiaowen at the front desk provides good婷婷和小文服务很好 点赞！

Really good location, right next to the city's main pedestrian shopping street. The amazing riverside walkway is also right outside the door. Take a 10min walk down the road and you'll reach the famous elephant rock park.

Hotel location is really good. I will suggest that one should book queen bedroom for fantastic view. Guest bedroom view is not so great. But Guest bedroom is also great to stay if you want an economical room. Elephant trunk hill is from walking distance, zhengyang pedestrian street is just on the bak side of hotel, ludi flute cave is on 10 minutesby taxi, two river four lake park is on walking distance.

I found this hotel by accident, but I didn't expect it to be so good. The location is excellent, very close to Elephant Trunk Hill, next door is the snack street night market, the hotel facilities are also very good, you can take beautiful photos in the room
