房間有蜘蛛臭蟲，讓服務員來處理了。服務態度不行，要兩瓶水還要給錢，我在這麼多地方住過，拿幾衹礦泉水是不用付費的。而且餐廳服務也不行，熱水沒有，煮粉的阿姨兇巴巴的。總之，環境好，態度差，房間有蟲導致我不確定衞生有否保證。衹能説龍虎山很好，希望配套設施能夠跟上。否則體驗感很差很拉胯。

不太新，住了兩晚，第一晚的枕頭套子上有個蟲。地理位置還不錯，就在龍虎山遊客中心附近。早餐不太好吃。兩三百一晚上，不貴，總的來説對得起價格吧。

很少給這麼低的評價。首先，外觀和園區還是不錯，園林風格，但是進入之後因為太大，又沒有路標指示，完全找不到入住的地方。入住之後驚呆了我，也就是個招待所的標準，房間在一樓，特別潮，而且滿屋散發著黴味，牆面臟的一塌糊塗。空調是單體的，對着床鋪直吹。浴室的洗浴用品肯定是上家用過的，蓋子都是打開的，浴室門上還掛着一個衣架。
其次，早餐，我們不到9點到的，熱菜什麼都不剩了（衹剩下菜湯），感謝麪檔的阿姨又給我們炸的油條煎的雞蛋，不然衹能喝粥了。另外，早餐居然也是員工用餐食堂，當然，這也可以讓食物不浪費，但是能不能排開客人和員工的用餐時間。最後是服務，打掃衞生的阿姨，一早在走廊大呼小叫，叔叔在樓道抽煙，而且見到客人完全沒有避諱。前台的接待人員還是態度不錯，這是唯一值得安慰的地方。
