Atour Hotels in Guiyang

I stayed at the Atour Hotel this time, and the environment was pleasant and beautiful. It's located right in Dolphin Plaza, which is also a popular spot for influencers. It's about 500 meters from the White House, so the location is indeed excellent. Downstairs, there's a mall with plenty of shops and food options, making it very convenient. The hotel lobby is on the 38th floor, and the hotel rooms are on floors 49-50. This time, I was assigned a room on the 38th floor. Next time, I might try a room on the 50th floor, which I believe has a large balcony and offers views of the White House, making the scenery even better. There was a minor hiccup on the first night of my stay, but overall, it was still good. The hotel needs to improve its management regarding late check-out. The room only came with two bottles of mineral water and no other beverages; perhaps this could be improved upon. When arriving with luggage, you have to walk a short distance to reach the lobby. The front desk could inform guests in advance to have their driver go directly to the parking lot, which would be more convenient, especially since walking with luggage in the summer heat can be quite uncomfortable. Upon check-out, they provide complimentary water, which is a nice touch, especially in the summer.

Stayed 3 nights in this hotel and had requested for a quiet room during booking as we're light sleepers. We're given a level 2 room facing the main road and it was so noisy that we couldn't sleep well. Even though they changed our room the next day our initial impression of the hotel cannot be reversed. Our booking does not include breakfast and was told that it cost RMB 45 per person per day that that's RMB 90 for 2 person. As we're foreigners and cannot register as hotel members and we were given members rates in Atour hotels at other provinces but not here. Very disappointed. Though the hotel is less than 300 metres from a metro station but this exit don't have a lift or downward escalator. You have to carry your heavy luggages down a quite long staircase.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its amenities, delicious supper and breakfast (particularly the egg fried rice!), takeaway coffee, unlimited supply of drinking water, comfy beds and pillows, and the room upgrade! One can tell the effort put in by the hotel to make sure guests feel at home. On an extremely rare occasion, we actually stayed until the check-out time of 2:00 pm. There’s no supermarket but a convenience store nearby.

The Atour custom-made mattress was soft and supportive of the spine, and the pillows came in two firm options. The room's soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The lighting was soft and not glaring, charging facilities were readily available, and the toiletries were pleasantly scented – attention to detail was evident. The breakfast selection was abundant, including Chinese pastries, a freshly cooked noodle station, and a variety of fresh fruits and drinks. The late-night congee was particularly comforting, a perfect way to warm the stomach and relieve fatigue after a long night. The self-service laundry room and gym were well-equipped, making it especially convenient for long-term travelers. The staff responded promptly throughout, quickly resolving any needs. Overall, it offers great value for money. The environment is comfortable and the service is warm. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I would definitely choose this place again for my next trip. I highly recommend it to everyone.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Guanshanhu District's Yueran Plaza. Stepping out, you're right in the mall with a fantastic selection of food and drinks, which is incredibly convenient. Nearby, there's also Ayunduo Warehouse, Yueran Shiguang, and Guomao CCPARK, all offering easy access to dining and shopping. The breakfast spread is extensive, and the staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful. This is my second stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Facilities: There is a laundry room, gym, restaurant, very convenient. Hygienic: very clean, worthy of the brand of Atour. Environment: The hotel is in Guiyang Industrial Zone. The overall area is relatively remote, but the advantage is that it is a ten-minute drive from the high speed. It is not blocked, and the surrounding charging is very convenient. There are barbecues and some snacks next to it. Service: Newly opened hotel, the service is great. There is free coffee and free supper in the evening.

My stay for the Wang Sulong concert in Guiyang exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is super convenient; it was an easy walk to the venue. The front desk staff were very thoughtful, they even gave me some Wang Sulong merchandise, and check-in was efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and the bedding was soft – perfect for a good rest after the concert. The facilities are complete, and parking is available. Overall, I had a great experience. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Guiyang for a show.
