The phone in the room can't make a call to the front desk, the TV remote control fails from time to time, and the hot water for bathing at night will be hot and cold, but not during the day. When I checked out, the customer service apologized to me again and gave me a souvenir very considerately. Such sincere service is enough to wipe out the unpleasantness caused by the little episode. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything. The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room. If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Very close to the Penshuishi metro line,just a few minutes walk ,round the corner and thus convenient.Breakfast was a good spread with noodles,porridge and some western like sausages, eggs and waffles.Fruits also a good spread.The late supper porridge was quite delightful and a plus. Opposite the hotel is an authentic restaurant selling local guiyang dishes.Staff were young ,friendly and you need a translator app if you don't speak mandarin.

I had a wonderful time here. Although most of the staff don’t speak English, they tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible and had at least one English speaker onsite. The hotel room itself is fantastic, clean and spacious. The showers water pressure was AMAZING. Location is perfect, right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guiyang.
