GGuest UserClean, excellent bath tub, toilet and shower facilities. Soft bed with memory foam pillows. Very friendly staff who are friendly and provide a guide for everything, but do ask for their Wechat in order to receive a guide on how to get to the hotel before arrival. Breakfast, tea and supper are available upon request. Location is in the central area for dining and shopping. The staff also gave wonderful parting gifts in the form of local food products which incidentally I happen to enjoy.
This hotel is an excellent choice if you appreciate the youthful energy that Guiyang has to offer.

GGuest UserCleanliness: The room was spotless. We stayed for three consecutive nights, and the housekeeping staff was very prompt in changing the sheets.
Environment: Newly renovated, which gave the place an excellent overall feel. It's also conveniently located close to all the main attractions in the city center.
Service: All the staff were incredibly warm and friendly.
Breakfast: A wide variety of options were available, and everything was delicious.

MM324130****This hotel just opened, and we received a grand opening gift. There are plenty of delicious food and snacks nearby, and transportation is convenient. It's very close to the subway station and the North Station for the high-speed rail. The front desk service was very friendly, and the room was spacious. It's also close to Qingyun Market and Huaguoyuan White House.

GGuest UserI spontaneously decided that Guiyang would be the last stop on my Guizhou trip. After looking around, I noticed that hotel prices had generally risen quite a bit; places like Orange Hotel and Atour were already well over a thousand RMB. However, as a five-star hotel, Guizhou Park Hotel's price was actually quite reasonable. Considering I booked last minute, I expected an even higher premium, so I decisively booked here, and I wasn't disappointed. Online reviews mentioned poor service, but honestly, apart from the front desk, whose service was indeed mediocre and even a bit cold, all other staff members were very warm and enthusiastic. Especially the bellhop, who was incredibly cheerful and proactively suggested sightseeing routes for me – I'm very grateful.
The room was small, but the cleanliness was excellent, spotless, which put me completely at ease. Mineral water was also supplied in unlimited quantities. This is the first hotel I've encountered that felt so generous; there were complimentary bottles placed everywhere, so you never had to worry about being thirsty. A big plus!
The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the best part was that it was served until 11 AM, which was perfect for late risers like us.
There was no rush for check-out either. At other hotels, unless I specifically requested a late check-out, they'd start hounding you right at 12 PM. Here, I stayed until 1 PM without any issues, which was incredibly relaxing.
The hotel also boasts an indoor heated swimming pool, a table tennis room, a billiards room, and a gym.
If any friends visit Guiyang, I would definitely recommend Guizhou Park Hotel. It's a truly grand hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel's shuttle service to and from Guiyang North Railway Station was incredibly convenient. This was a huge plus, as I was traveling to and from the station daily during my trip. Both the front desk staff and the driver were very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was very spacious, with a particularly large shower. All the facilities felt new and modern, and the laundry service was comprehensive. It was also wonderfully quiet at night – honestly, I couldn't find any faults.
What came as a pleasant surprise was the fantastic dining scene in Dream City! There's an incredible variety of delicious food, with many places open until the early hours. It was so convenient; I never had to order takeout, as countless options were right downstairs.
While it is a bit of a walk to Metro Line 1, you can easily use the shuttle service to Guiyang North Station and catch the subway from there. Alternatively, taking a taxi is also a very straightforward option.

The environment is very good, the service is also very good, the front desk is very enthusiastic, and there will be free coffee and fruit when you check in. The hotel also has free laundry, tea room, public book bar, and even dryers. The whole house is smart with high-definition projection members. 1. Strategic location: Jiaxiulou, Wenchangge, food street, morning market, a shopping mall, etc., all within walking distance.
2. Commendable service with a HUMAN TOUCH: All staff members (front desk, night+morning shift personnel, cleaners, dining area, etc.) we met were kind, generous and friendly, making their best effort to fulfill guest needs!
We arrived before noon, and Ms. Chen at the front desk offered a room upgrade to the fifth floor—the hotel’s highest floor—with immediate check-in. I liked some of the sweets available at the hotel lobby, but I couldn’t find the same variant at supermarkets and shops nearby before I left for the airport. Ms. Chen asked me to grab as many as I wanted—I felt shy, but she insisted—how generous! I forgot to thank her personally for recommending Dongshansi, where one could catch a bird’s eye view of the city, in addition to the appealing temple design. The cleaner on duty on Thursday, 13 June 2024, morning gave us extra body shampoo upon request with a friendly smile. She did a great job in keeping our room 519 spick and span, and odourless! The hotel delivered a pleasant surprise in the evening with two packs of milk, accompanied by a handwritten note!! Front desk staff were generous with bottled water.
3. Clean and spacious room, with comfortable beds: The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and well-ventilated. Of all the hotels with centralised air-conditioning systems that we stayed in different cities, this hotel’s room temperature regulation was the best, unlike others where you could feel hot even at a lower temperature! It would be ideal if the toilet room was soundproof.
4. Amenities and facilities: It’s one of the few hotels that provide self-service laundry for FREE! There’s a gym room within the same area on the fifth floor. Power banks and umbrellas, among others, are available on loan for FREE!
5. Supper and breakfast: Tasty and a wide selection of breakfast options, including noodles with sour/clear soup, prepared by professional chefs.
Overall, it was a memorable stay, offering great value for money!

All the staff including the manager were courteous and extremely helpful, going out of their way to give us directions and transportation information to places we wanted to visit. The metro station is about 200metres away and there’s a basement food court about 50metres away. I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The room decor was cozy and inviting, the bed was very comfortable for sleeping, and the room itself was very spacious. It was exceptionally quiet, perfect for a peaceful rest. I'd give the environment a full 5-star rating! The room had excellent natural light, with abundant sunshine streaming in, allowing me to soak up some sun around midday, which felt incredibly therapeutic and rejuvenating. I also visited the hotel's charming pet-friendly garden restaurant, and that experience was equally delightful. The staff there were very attentive, the setting was spacious and bright, and with ample seating, there was no need to wait.
