My stay at the Haiyou Hotel in Guiyang was an exceptionally good experience, far exceeding my expectations. First, the room was impeccably cleaned by the housekeeping staff. The bed was spotless, the pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was odor-free, and the floors and surfaces were meticulously cleaned, with no dust in the corners. The room lighting was excellent, with good natural light and ventilation, making for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. The bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the room was quiet and peaceful. The overall environment was warm and clean. The front desk service was outstanding. The staff were warm, polite, and efficient in check-in. They patiently answered all my questions, making me feel very welcome. The most thoughtful touch was the complimentary soy milk and coffee provided at the front desk, ensuring I had something hot to drink on my way out or back – a thoughtful and convenient gesture. The location was also incredibly convenient, with easy access to transportation. It's very close to the subway station, and Dongshan Temple is right across the street. Restaurants, shopping, and convenience stores are all within easy reach, making it convenient for both business trips and leisure travel. The surrounding area has complete amenities, making travel easy and offering great value for money. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered good service in a convenient location. The complimentary soy milk and coffee were pleasant surprises, and the memory foam pillows were incredibly comfortable. The overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guiyang, and I highly recommend it!

Facilities: New hotel, everything is new, washing machine, coffee machine, and retail cabinet. Very well-equipped. There's some parking available, but spaces are limited, so arrive early. Cleanliness: Very clean, well-maintained, a pleasant experience from the moment you enter. Environment: Located on the street, the windows are thick and soundproof. However, you can occasionally hear motorcycle noise, which is unavoidable. The location is excellent, not far from Qingyun Market, within walking distance. Service: The staff are all young people, very polite, and conversations are pleasant. Very good.
