This is my 4th time staying in this hotel. The counter staff were so helpful. Rooms were clean and near the airport. Will continue to stay again

A very good experience, a newly opened hotel, intelligent control in the room, new facilities, good service and reasonable price. Close to outlets and close to Juran Home.

The hotel has complete facilities, a good breakfast, a wide variety of catering, and attentive service. The staff are very enthusiastic. I am very satisfied with the airport pick-up service!

The service attitude is really bad. I stayed here for two days and checked in on the first day. The air conditioner had no temperature. When I extended my room in the morning, I told him that he would change the room for me, and then he said he would fix it for me. When he came back from work in the evening, I asked him if the air conditioner had been repaired? He said it was fixed and went back to the room. Half an hour later, the air conditioner blew cold air. In this weather, the air conditioner blew cold air. OK, forget it. Then I called the front desk and asked me to change rooms. OK, I packed my things and came down. Give me another room. I ran back and forth four times to the front desk to swipe my card but could not open the door. He had a master card. The first time he reported the problem was that he couldn't open the door. He didn't say that he would help me solve the problem. He had to ask someone to help me open the door after I told him the fourth time. Whose service attitude is like this? Bad, very bad. The male staff member also joked, "Wow, it's me, I'm going to get angry, yes, I feel the same way." Bad review, service attitude is really bad. Problems with my hotel were not dealt with immediately. Not even a basic attitude.

This is my second time staying here. This time I have a very bad experience. The hygiene is not good. The bathroom leaks all over the room. You have to pay to watch the TV. This is the first joke of the century in 50 years (two stays) They all say they are not connected to the server), and the experience is extremely poor.

酒店體驗感非常非常差！！！極差！勸廣大朋友不要訂，我們昨晚上12點入住，早上八點就被裝修聲音吵醒，酒店也沒有提前告知會裝修，打酒店前台就説去核實處理，但是過了一個小時並沒有停止裝修，出門看就是酒店內部的房間在裝修，工人還説中午了該起床，態度極差直接退房問前台，她們都是推諉和敷衍，並且留了我的電話説會給處理結果，直到現在未接到酒店回覆或道歉，酒店房間也不值這個價格，不要訂，不要訂，給貴陽酒店拉胯，既然要裝修就應該提前告知，態度也不好，不要訂，能勸退一個是一個

此次酒店之旅堪稱完美，從服務到設施都無可挑剔，值得推薦！每一次入住都有新驚喜，酒店服務貼心，讓人賓至如歸，好評如潮！前台小趙和小盧兩位小姐姐也很熱情[玫瑰]

乾淨衞生，寬敞明亮。飛行酒店早餐不錯，健康衞生，是飛行員及空姐空少休息的地方，有健身房，酒店還有免費接送機服務，貼心周到，下次還是你。

酒店環境乾淨舒適，酒店客房和前台的人都比較負責任，東西掉在酒店也及時處理，會幫忙寄回來，整體感覺還不錯，下次去貴陽還會再入住。

酒店幹衞生乾淨，前台服務也挺好的挺熱情的，入住了2天，感覺還不錯，下次要是來的話，繼續入住他們家，周邊吃的也很多，方便。

這個酒店看起來一般但服務態度很好，房間裏的設施設備都是智能的，衞生這塊也做得不錯，酒店還可以早餐，也可以訂餐

酒店雖然不在市裡麪但去哪裡都很方便、公交車、地鐵、打車都很方便，這邊晚上特別安靜，服務態度也不錯，下次還來這裏

很熱情的接送機 周邊吃飯也挺方便的，交通地鐵步行幾分鐘，酒店環境很舒適，服務人員也很有禮貌，開發票速度也挺快的.
