麻雀雖小，五臟俱全哈。黑麼滿意！便宜實惠。會有點不隔音，但是大家素質都很高，偶爾會聽到一聲，不會打擾休息。

價格實惠公道，衞生也不錯，通風效果好，特惠房也帶有衞生間，唯一不足的是門不隔音，不過這是硬性設施，無法改變
