是我在貴州旅行住到的性價比最高的酒店
優點 便宜 乾淨 房間大 出門走兩步真的就兩步就是3 號線順海地鐵口。去白宮 黔靈山公園都很方便 去青雲市集需要轉，我們來的時候算旺季去完白宮回來打車打不到，又堵，就坐地鐵回來的很方便，
缺點 稍微有點偏周圍沒什麼吃的 浴室裏麪沒有可以放衣服的地方，置物架在浴室外洗完澡你得 出來拿一次性浴巾 衣服這些 酒店沒有提供一次性馬桶墊
但是總體來説是滿意的，價格不高，房間也比較大，衞生條件各方面都不錯。

體驗極差，不符合這個價位，落差感太大：1.寫的山景房，房間是很大，但是窗外是喧囂的馬路，離山很遠，另一側是破落臟亂的廚房排氣一隅，油油膩膩；2.最讓人忍受不了的是房間充斥着廁所地漏的氣味，整夜難眠；3.衞生條件差，沐浴露洗髮水放置在地面，洗澡的噴頭水流太大，像針扎一樣難受，熱水壺都油油膩膩的，還是壞的，期間讓更換了一個，漱口的杯子都是濕的，真心不敢用，整個旅程就是這一間讓人忍住不洗頭，也不想多呆一秒；3.沒有停車場，下車的時候剛好遇到大雨，讓幫忙撐傘出來，整個民宿衹有一把小傘，撐了孩子進去，就再沒出來，服務體驗特別差。去看了其他房型，"國粹"房是麻將房，山景房是破落臟亂的小山坡，門口擺了一套桌椅就算是帶陽台的了，名字起的太好聽，可是實物不符，差距太大，有種上當受騙的感覺。建議不要考慮。

服務人員挺好的，但是入住體驗沒有很便利；
木質結構的房子多少有點味道，樓梯很多對拿着行李也不是太友好

台階太多，對有行李的不太友好，房間去露台的門，關上後有一條很大的縫，靠着山還是挺擔心蛇蟲鼠蟻的，另外洗手枱盆鏡子那面牆和玻璃牆交界處，蜘蛛網真的該打掃了

旁邊就是順海地鐵站，位置好找。前台小妹妹很熱情，服務很周到細緻。看網上評價不錯才訂。但實際情況不理想：因靠近山，房間有股味兒，地上有蟲子，牆角有小蜘蛛網。早餐衹有門口的牛肉粉。
