During your stay at the hotel, you encountered a power outage, which we did not want to encounter. The entire area was temporarily cut off due to municipal construction and electrical equipment maintenance that night. Not only you, but also caught us off guard. We understand your mood very well, just like we have been unable to make calls to the power supply agency and the property management, it gives people a feeling of exhaustion; at the same time, regarding the refund you proposed , we have contacted Ctrip to give you a full refund on the same day. You did not charge your cleaning fee for messing up the room, and even arranged for a driver to take you to the Airport Apartment. I never thought you would give such a bad review.
