Quiet, cozy environment. Rooms were abit dated but overall a great experience

We stayed at Renaissance Guiyang five night total, and we loved the facilities especially the swimming pool our kids had great time. Room service is amazing and breakfast had variety choices Chinese and western, it meets our tastes. It was a short walk to some local shops and restaurants, which included a metro station and it was very easy to get an e-car too. There was even a robot that delivered complimentary bottled water, which was nice. Just one down side, when we checked in at 6th of August, the receptionist seems not quite to know what she is doing, she had to call over colleagues to help with the check in process and refused to scan my marriot member card, which as a result I missed out on collecting three night's worth of reward points.

Service: The service is very good. Thank you Helen for your enthusiasm, meticulousness and thoughtfulness. The cleaning lady on the 17th floor is also very nice, and the doorman is conscientious. Environment: The view on the high floor is very good, backed by the park, you can take your children to the park next to it. Breakfast: OK, Western style

Big hotel. Grand, luxuriously decorated. Service and facilities are all high-end without exception. There is a park nearby, which is really convenient. The environment is very quiet and the parking lot is large enough.

The Renaissance Hotel looks brand new because it was renovated in 2022 and has been well maintained. There is no sense of dirt in all places. The executive rooms are clean and tidy, cleaned every day, and only the bath towels are changed every other day because they are environmentally friendly. The buffet restaurant in the morning is large, so there is no need to worry about the number of tables. There are many dishes and choices, but the Guizhou and Sichuan dishes account for a large proportion and are spicy, so there are fewer choices for foreign tourists. The executive floor has thoughtful service, and checking out in the executive lounge reduces a lot of trouble for guests. The lounge offers many dishes and drinks, and guests can eat and drink at their own convenience, which is suitable for leisure. The lounge service staff are considerate and diligent, quick-witted, and try their best to assist guests. Among them, Helen and YoYo left us a good impression. On the morning of August 26, I went to Qingyan Ancient Town. When I used Didi to call a car, I encountered obstacles. A young man from the hotel concierge desk (unfortunately I couldn’t get his name) came to help. He was not tired of repeatedly operating on the mobile phone and calling the local driver until the order was completed. The hotel is within walking distance of two subway stations. It doesn't cost much to take a taxi to Guiyang North Station. The location is quite advantageous. The air conditioning in the hotel rooms has never been up to standard. Even if it is set below 20 degrees, it rarely drops below 24 degrees. The maintenance technicians were called but could not really solve the problem. There is also a problem of stuffiness in the elevator.

Write at least five words. The transportation is a bit far from the subway station. What era is it still collecting deposits? The refrigerator doesn't even have drinks or snacks, and there is no fruit. Not recommended. The TV sound is broken, the robot delivery also has problems, and there is no service to speak of. The staff training is average. This price is very expensive in the local area. The furniture and chairs are very old. I will not go there next time.

The service is very good. The front desk, cleaning, executive lounge and restaurant all have a good experience. The children had a great time and went to the gym and swimming every day. I will stay here again when I come to Guiyang next time!

The service is good and the hotel facilities are also good. The location is just opposite the Guiyang Municipal Party Committee. It is also very convenient to eat and shop around. There are many charging piles in the hotel parking lot, and there is no parking fee. It is simply the best choice for driving electric cars.

I took my children to Guiyang for a summer vacation and booked a 2-night stay at the Renaissance Hotel. At that time, I mainly considered choosing a five-star hotel. Seeing that this hotel is relatively new, the stay experience far exceeded my expectations. The executive lounge on the top floor is great, the environment and view are very good, and the service attitude is very good. Thanks to RHEA, Ava, Mandy, Yoro, Anglina and others for their thoughtful service, which is very warm. The whole experience is perfect. It is my first choice for hotels in Guiyang!

I came to Guiyang to watch Zhou Shen's concert. The Renaissance Hotel has convenient transportation and is close to Guanshan Lake Park. The environment is good and the breakfast is good. I had dinner on the rooftop of the hotel and saw Zhou Shen's theme drone show at the Convention and Exhibition Center. It was so exciting. It is very close to the Olympic Sports Center, the museum and Zhongshuge. I will stay here next time I see Zhou Shen.

It is next to Guanshan Lake Park, and it takes only 5 minutes to walk out. There should be many locals going there. I like the swimming pool facilities the most. There is also a place to sit and watch TV. Drinking water is available, and the bath towels are warm. The breakfast is very rich, and there are three versions of fried eggs to choose from. I booked a twin room, and the bed is 1.37 meters wide. Those who sleep with children will understand. The water in the bathtub is very large, and you don’t need to wait for a long time to put half of the basin. Another shortcoming is that the shower room sometimes jumps to the overhead spray mode when the shower is turned off, so I have to wash my hair. Fortunately, the hair dryer is still very powerful. Later, I encountered it once when I used the shower to wash my feet in the swimming pool locker room, and my clothes were slightly wet. In addition, the toilet and washbasin are not separated, which is a little inconvenient.

Stayed here during a business trip. The hotel is located in Guanshan Lake, Guiyang New District. Next to it is Guanshan Lake Park, with convenient transportation. The hotel environment is good, not humid, and there is no peculiar smell. The service is OK, but I didn't call in advance to ask about the check-in requirements before check-in. The concierge and security colleagues at the lobby door are very good, helping to open the car door and take the luggage in a very timely manner. The breakfast is average, with not many varieties, and many dishes are not fresh because they are heated for too long, and the fruits are not very sweet, but the service of the staff is OK. The hotel is also an old hotel, which was renovated in 22 years, but the electrical equipment is still old, the TV is too small, and there is snow on the screen; the robot delivery is great.
