We had a wonderful stay at the Anantara Guiyang. The facilities are gorgeous and the service was outstanding. We were there on a Monday and it was really quiet -- the hotel seemed pretty empty-- so not all of the facilities were open, for example the lobby bar was closed. But the staff went out of their way to ensure we were fed and happy. I think they kept the restaurant open just for us, it seemed. At the front desk, 小苹果 (who goes by "Apple") was outstanding. She made sure every element of our visit was good and that we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend staying here and at other Anantara resorts, they do a great job.

I like this hotel brand very much.
But to be honest, many excellent Thai hotel brands have changed their service after entering China (such as the original Mandarin Oriental in Banna).

We stayed at Anantara Resort during our 6-day and 5-night trip to Guiyang. The staff were very enthusiastic and provided good taxi and room service. Anata Resort Hotel Guiyang is my favorite hotel and a highly recommended treasure hotel.
