原本定的是楓丹白露大床房，後來因為房間臨時有點問題 沒能及時給我們辦理入住。後來協商直接給我們升級房型了，升級後的套房非常的nice。房間原本是提前佈置好的紀念日房，送了水果、堅果和紅酒。mini bar和抽屜零食也是免費的。管家24小時服務非常好 很貼心，入住兩晚，第二天的水果和甜品還換了新的樣式，還送了一壺茶。回來後浴缸還給我們換上了新的浴缸套。預售套餐十分划算，套餐包含了奔馳的商務車接送機，還有還有送的下午茶和酒吧雞尾酒套餐都很精緻好看。
珍珀原本應該是法國奢華設計師品牌安珀操刀合作的，最近才由貴陽當地改名珍珀單獨分出來做了。環境和服務感覺都是國內天花板了，能和頂奢酒店媲美的水平。

第二次入住，雖然酒店換了名字，但是酒店設施、服務都還是一如既往的穩定。提前找了去年的管家Jude，還是很積極熱情的幫忙處理訂單、做了升級，人超級好。早餐還是那麼豐富，酒店的服務還是很細緻很貼心。後面再來貴陽玩兒還住珍珀！

很中肯的説，酒店確實不值這個價格，首先酒店的位置沒有明顯的門頭，如果第一次來是找不到的;整個酒店的裝修，陳列，酒店裡麪用的東西一看都不是五星級酒店的標準，早餐種類也不多，味道也很一般，確實和1400多的價格格格不入。酒店管家的服務態度還是挺好的。

對五星酒店入住體驗早就有點審美疲勞，懶得評價，但珍珀酒店卻讓我有了久違的評價沖動，不寫兩句都自覺對不起酒店用心的工作人員。酒店各種硬件設施中規中矩，但勝在服務細緻感人，提前一天管家就確認個人喜好 安排房間。到店後歡迎水果、涼茶及冰箱裏各種飲品小零食都出乎意料地好吃😋 早餐豐富好吃，入睡前還提供免費面膜，退房時還主動提供飲品。入住期間遇到的每一位服務人員都非常nice，既體貼入微又不至於過分熱情令人尷尬。印象最深的是前台小姐姐Annie聲音甜美服務響應超快，每一個要求都給予超乎想象的迴應，入住體驗太美好啦，可惜這次行程太匆忙，沒來得及預訂享用一樓金沙西點屋的美食，以後來貴陽一定安排多住兩天。 最後説一個小問題：酒店入口處指示太不醒目，每次打車都錯過入口，繞了一圈才找到酒店大門口，望在路口增設醒目的標識牌。
