This hotel is situated in a convenient location with a shopping mall attached and a brisk walk to a street food court that have an amazing array of local and regional delicacies. They also have a big lobby with great lounges for business talks. The rooms are clean, spacious and feels homely. The La Provence Restaurant is located at the 5th floor with a great looking garden, trees, outdoor dining tables, fish ponds with water fountain and plenty of fresh air but it needs to increase it's breakfast food's lack of choices. Anyway all the staff are helpful, accommodating, smiling and very polite. This hotel will be a great choice for all spectrum of travelers and overall I'm very glad that I stayed here during my trip

One word to describe our stay at Maison Albar is spectacular. We received spectacular service, spectacular food and got upgraded to a spectacular room. Our concierge Alex, greeted us with warm smiles and helped us with everything thing that we needed. He ensured that our stay was comfortable, checked up on us in case we needed anything and was always available if need be. If I had to rate all of my stays in hotels throughout my life, I would definitely say that Maison Albar comes out on top. Their customer service is so phenomenal from the moment you enter to the moment that you leave. If I could live out of any hotel for the rest of my life, I’d choose this one. We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything. The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room. If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Also, please also try out their delectable breakfast buffet spread. Thank you to the staff at Maison Albar for making us feel welcomed, comfortable and special.

Everything is good: The front desk lady was gentle and considerate, and she helped us upgrade the room. The waiter knew that we loved coffee, and left a few more bottles of water when cleaning. The location is excellent, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping. There is a food street nearby, and the non-legacy silver jewelry store downstairs of the hotel can be discounted by 95% with the room card. It should also be one of the landmark buildings in Guiyang. The room is on the 50th floor, and you can see most of Guiyang. The view is wide and beautiful.

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

The room i booked was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the staff were super friendly. They gave me a welcome fruit bowl . The service was amazing. I sure will be visiting again. You won’t be disappointed I recommend you try this hotel out.

I was very satisfied with my recent stay. From service to hygiene, from facilities to rooms, everything met the high standards I expected. First of all, I would like to praise our concierge service, Eric really did an excellent job. He was warm and thoughtful, not only providing me with various convenient services, but also helping me solve many small problems. He is not only an excellent concierge, but also a caring friend. Secondly, the hygiene of the room was also satisfactory. The cleanliness was extremely high and spotless, which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The facilities are complete, whether it is the bed, bathroom or other facilities, they all show high quality. Overall, this stay made me feel very happy and satisfied. We were arranged to stay at the hotel by the travel agency. After the trip, we booked it online. We checked in after 10pm when we came back from the scenic spot. The front desk upgraded us to an executive suite and gave us two breakfasts. The staff were very enthusiastic and the breakfast was rich and varied. I must say that the hotel's transportation is very convenient. There is Metro Line 3 at the door, and there are many taxis. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the New World Guiyang for my friends birthday, even though I live in Guiyang. I was not disappointed. When I arrived the staff was quite friendly and welcoming, best of all, there was someone there that spoke English, which I think is very important. The check-in process was seamless and easy to do. The staff explained everything well and the process went by smoothly. I got my room card and the concierge took my bag and showed me to my room. The room was clean and smelled fresh, the bed was well made and had a beautifully hand crafted welcome note that was a nice touch. I was also given flowers with a heartfelt note. I was so appreciative of this. The hotel had a gym, sauna, swimming pool and hot tub, which I took full advantage of. The spaces were clean, and I love when I walk into a space and its clean and welcoming. We had dinner in the Buffet Hall, there were a wide variety of foods that catered to all the guests alike. Breakfast the next day was also an experience to remember.\ Overall this hotel was a great stay for me, from the staff being so welcoming to the food being so delicious.
