Wow our favorite accommodation in China. So beautiful and peaceful and quiet. Many hiking trails. Really good food. They catered for our vegan needs. Friendly staff made us feel welcome. We got a free room upgrade and decided to extend our stay here. Our cat loves it here and everyone is having a relaxing time. We don’t want to leave.

I was really pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot with good water pressure, the woman who checked us in was very efficient, the location literally inside the airport is perfect and all for a very reasonable price. I would, without a doubt, stay here again if I needed a bed close to Guiyang airport.

The facilities and equipment in room 111 are very complete. There is a smart voice assistant inside. It is very convenient to turn on and off the lights. You can call Xiaodu and the front desk. The room is very clean. The service is very good. The location is very close to here. It is very convenient for you to take a taxi to the North Station. It only takes 10 minutes to get to the airport. It takes half an hour. It is very convenient. The overall experience is still very good.

The guy at the front desk showed me the rooms on different floors and upgraded the room type for free. Breakfast is provided. The breakfast time is suitable for travel and will not delay the trip. I personally think this is another good hotel after Atour in North Station and is worth a visit for friends🥳🥳

The hotel room is large, clean and sanitary, with a good view from the floor-to-ceiling windows, free mineral water, and the bedding is changed every day. Comfortable pillows are also provided. What is especially good is that the pillowcases have no odor at all, which is rare! The breakfast is also very good, with rich and varied food, fully meeting the needs and tastes of diners! The hotel staff has a good attitude, is positive and enthusiastic, and answers all questions. I would like to praise Yanyan, Nannan, Lili, Qinqin and all the hotel staff. Keep it up!

The hotel is in a good location with convenient transportation. The room facilities are very good and clean. The service attitude of the front desk is very good and attentive. The things are relatively complete, including disposable towels and toilet mats. I look forward to staying there next time.

I stayed in this hotel 6 years ago and was satisfied enough to come back, but it’s even better now. Clean, comfortable and provides a good breakfast. It’s within walking distance of the railway station and the metro, not far from a good food alley and not far from Hebin park and a lovely canal walk to the Jiaxiu building. The staff were always helpful despite my lack of Chinese. Catch the metro to Haixi wetland park and Qianlingshan Park.

The Renaissance Hotel looks brand new because it was renovated in 2022 and has been well maintained. There is no sense of dirt in all places. The executive rooms are clean and tidy, cleaned every day, and only the bath towels are changed every other day because they are environmentally friendly. The buffet restaurant in the morning is large, so there is no need to worry about the number of tables. There are many dishes and choices, but the Guizhou and Sichuan dishes account for a large proportion and are spicy, so there are fewer choices for foreign tourists. The executive floor has thoughtful service, and checking out in the executive lounge reduces a lot of trouble for guests. The lounge offers many dishes and drinks, and guests can eat and drink at their own convenience, which is suitable for leisure. The lounge service staff are considerate and diligent, quick-witted, and try their best to assist guests. Among them, Helen and YoYo left us a good impression. On the morning of August 26, I went to Qingyan Ancient Town. When I used Didi to call a car, I encountered obstacles. A young man from the hotel concierge desk (unfortunately I couldn’t get his name) came to help. He was not tired of repeatedly operating on the mobile phone and calling the local driver until the order was completed. The hotel is within walking distance of two subway stations. It doesn't cost much to take a taxi to Guiyang North Station. The location is quite advantageous. The air conditioning in the hotel rooms has never been up to standard. Even if it is set below 20 degrees, it rarely drops below 24 degrees. The maintenance technicians were called but could not really solve the problem. There is also a problem of stuffiness in the elevator.

Hygiene: The hotel will call before check-in to inquire about the check-in time and arrange room cleaning. It is very considerate and asks about various needs. Environment: The hotel is located 300 meters from Exit B of Lincheng West Station on Line 1 in Guiyang, which is very convenient for travel. It is very fragrant and not noisy at night. Service: The hotel's dining time is from 7:30 to 12:00, so you don't have to eat if you sleep late, and because I have to catch a bus in the morning, the hotel can also pack some food to take away, which is very considerate. Leisurely afternoon tea: After 1:30 in the afternoon, you can use the hotel's drink coupons to have some afternoon tea and look at the view on the window sill. It's very comfortable. I stayed here for two nights and liked the environment and weather here. I will choose this hotel next time. Highly recommended~
