Very close to the Penshuishi metro line,just a few minutes walk ,round the corner and thus convenient.Breakfast was a good spread with noodles,porridge and some western like sausages, eggs and waffles.Fruits also a good spread.The late supper porridge was quite delightful and a plus. Opposite the hotel is an authentic restaurant selling local guiyang dishes.Staff were young ,friendly and you need a translator app if you don't speak mandarin.

I had a wonderful time here. Although most of the staff don’t speak English, they tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible and had at least one English speaker onsite. The hotel room itself is fantastic, clean and spacious. The showers water pressure was AMAZING. Location is perfect, right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guiyang.

The room is large, clean and relatively new. When checking in, they also prepared souvenirs, which is very considerate. There are many places to eat around and convenient transportation. When I checked out, I was delayed by something. Miss Qinqin was very nice and extended the check-out time. I stayed in two hotels in Guiyang for two days. After comparing the same price, I especially recommend this one.

We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything. The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room. If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Also, please also try out their delectable breakfast buffet spread. Thank you to the staff at Maison Albar for making us feel welcomed, comfortable and special.

There are not many kinds of meals, but each one is delicious. A small episode happened that night. The sewer of the sink leaked water. The customer service staff dealt with it immediately, upgraded another room for me, and helped to move the luggage. Next, let's talk about the flaws. The phone in the room can't make a call to the front desk, the TV remote control fails from time to time, and the hot water for bathing at night will be hot and cold, but not during the day. When I checked out, the customer service apologized to me again and gave me a souvenir very considerately. Such sincere service is enough to wipe out the unpleasantness caused by the little episode. I will give this place a five-star praise.

It was very convenient and the service was very thoughtful. The sanitation was very clean and the room had good lighting. We were very lucky and saw a rainbow. In general, the service was very good and the experience was great. I will come again if I have the chance!
