The overall environment is beautiful, the room configuration is reasonable, the space is large enough, and all the service staff are very friendly. Environment: The Beijing Road subway station is right in front of the hotel, and transportation is very convenient. There are several fossils on the walls of the lobby, which are full of cultural heritage. The room is located on the 21st floor, very clean and overlooking the high-rise buildings in Guiyang
Facilities: The light switches are all near the bedside, and you can't turn on the lights immediately after entering the door, which is very inconvenient. Secondly, if you squat on the toilet for a long time, the bathroom light will automatically turn off, which is scary. Although it is infrared sensing, it is relatively useless. However, the bed and pillow are very soft, and it is very comfortable to sleep at night.
Hygiene: The aunt in charge of cleaning is very hardworking. She cleaned the room only when she went out for breakfast. I must give her a thumbs up.

The hotel is located next to the orange crystal and the whole season, but it is not lost at all, especially the front desk lady, the big-eyed beauty is very beautiful, the people are kind, recommended a lot of delicious and fun, go to it is really good, this is my third hotel in Guiyang, The most comfortable one, stay there next time. Because I came to Guiyang by car, I checked and found that there were relatively few guests who booked Jiaxiulou. The hotel also had free parking, so I booked this hotel. Parking was quite convenient. There was an elevator directly to the hotel lobby (5th floor). The hotel facilities were complete. The front desk girl also helped us upgrade the room. It was a satisfactory trip. The hotel also provided afternoon tea, which was quite good.

This is my second time in Guiyang and my first time staying at Sheraton. When checking in, Song Jindong at the front desk (highlight praise) was very patient in asking about the preferences for staying. The guests' needs were properly met. The answers were concise and clear. The handling process was quick and accurate, and the room breakfast was generously presented. The room service staff (sorry for forgetting to ask the name) also provided good service. They cooperated with the room to open the window for ventilation. I asked not to clean the room, but they handled the garbage very considerately. They observed that the mineral water in the room was finished, and they sent a few more bottles of water very attentively the next day. The breakfast was rich and the plates were large. The service staff was warm and thoughtful. They observed the needs of the guests very carefully and provided help in a timely manner. There were cutlery and tableware on each table, which was different from other hotels. It was convenient for guests to take the tableware and it was recommended to maintain the hygiene of the tableware at any time (some guests sneezed at the table). The gym and swimming pool are fully equipped, the swimming pool is very clean, and there are usually swimming lessons in the afternoon, but half of the swimming pool will be reserved for guests to use. The gym service staff guided us into the locker room and introduced the precautions for using the swimming pool and gym. When I swam for a while and answered the phone by the pool, the swimming pool service staff was very considerate and sent a bath towel 👍. In short, the quality of the hotel staff is very high, and the service is the most satisfactory among all the hotels I have stayed in. It will definitely be my first choice next time I come to Guiyang!

The hotel is perfect for free and easy travellers/friends/couple and travellers looking to enjoy and soak in sights flexibly.
It is in a block where there are other businesses and travellers can be confused by a need to take a lift to the 31st floor where the lobby and check in is. Ask around and it’s easy to get to the lifts. Thank you to the hotel and nice staff for a very pleasant stay!

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though.
Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people.
Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic.
Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by.
Overall a pleasant stay.

Building looks too business like for a hotel, be ready for simple no frills place. Easy snacks outside the building. Rooms are old but clean. It may be surprising for those not used to hotels like this. Service good, overnight attendant was attentive, good service attitude and helpful to my teenage children.

TTam85What a wonderful experience! Definitely the best hotel service and personalised. Upon arrival we were offered a hotel tour due to its unique design and also our room was upgraded😀 Yiliya, was most generous with her time and also offered us some cocktail vouchers and access to view the current photography exhibit on the top floor of the hotel. The room included mini bar and delightful evening dessert. Morning breakfast was also very appropriate. On departure we were also provided some snacks for the trip back and a souvenir Maison Alvar sheep toy. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for their hospitality definitely the best in china. Some special mention to Ada for helping us take some great photos too. Would love to visit again when in Guiyang.

DDarriI stayed at the New World Guiyang for my friends birthday, even though I live in Guiyang. I was not disappointed.
When I arrived the staff was quite friendly and welcoming, best of all, there was someone there that spoke English, which I think is very important.
The check-in process was seamless and easy to do. The staff explained everything well and the process went by smoothly.
I got my room card and the concierge took my bag and showed me to my room.
The room was clean and smelled fresh, the bed was well made and had a beautifully hand crafted welcome note that was a nice touch. I was also given flowers with a heartfelt note. I was so appreciative of this.
The hotel had a gym, sauna, swimming pool and hot tub, which I took full advantage of. The spaces were clean, and I love when I walk into a space and its clean and welcoming.
We had dinner in the Buffet Hall, there were a wide variety of foods that catered to all the guests alike. Breakfast the next day was also an experience to remember.\
Overall this hotel was a great stay for me, from the staff being so welcoming to the food being so delicious. Its inexpensive and I believe its worth the price.

AAaron CedricI really liked this hotel! First of all, I was so grateful that, even though I arrived a little before noon, the hotel managers allowed me to check in early with no extra charge. And I found them helpful and efficient and friendly (always greeting me when I returned each day).
The room itself was a pleasant change from what I'm used to. First of all, my room had no window. But I didn't even get bothered by that because the room itself has such a warm feeling. The floor is a dark wood that makes the whole room feel a sense of integrity. The decorations in the room also give a sense of old world elegance. For example, they put a 1940s style phone in the room (which is very clearly modern since it uses digital buttons instead of the rotary system) just to keep up with the entire theme of the hotel as a place stuck beautifully in time. The shower in the room was excellent; it even had a bench built into the wall that I suppose you could sit on. The shower had good pressure and a full supply of hot water. The room was a bit hot for me, but I suppose I could have called the front desk and they would have helped me adjust the settings; it wasn't too hot that I was uncomfortable. Actually, at that time of the year when Guizhou is so cold and damp, other hotels I had stayed at previously in Guizhou had the problem of being irreparably cold, so perhaps I should be grateful for this point.
I like the fact that the hotel has breakfast. I intended to try the breakfast but I got food poisoning from some street food the night before and didn't feel like eating anything the entire next day, so unfortunately I didn't get to try it... but it really looked good! They also seem to have a late evening dinner option, but I didn't try that either (I should have!).
The location is also excellent. I took a cab from this hotel to the history museum, Qianling Mountain Park, and the airport, and all were quick and cheap rides. Obviously a visit to Qingyan Ancient Town is going to be an expensive ride wherever you are coming from unless you're staying in Qingyan itself. Anyways, this hotel is also within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. Just go out the door and turn left and within a few blocks you'll be in a food area with professional restaurants and street food. I, regrettably, was determined to visit Guiyang's famous ErQi Food street, so I kept walking. From the hotel to ErQi food street, it took me about 45 minutes to walk. Not bad! As it turns out, something I ate there didn't agree with my digestive system, so I should have just eaten at the many great restaurants near the hotel. But the point I'm making is that the ErQi Food street ”on the other side of town” was only about 40 minutes by walking. I could also walk to Yan'an Lu and other such streets or to Jiaxiu Tower (I walked right by it... only about 20 minutes from the hotel by walking). That shows what a fantastic location this hotel offers!

Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.
The room was of excellent quality, and very clean, beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room.
Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.
Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist.

After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines.
My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist.
I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

The service at the hotel’s front desk is very warm and thoughtful. The guest rooms are also very clean. The rooms are large and the floors are high. It’s quiet and the traffic is very good. convenient. It's easy to call a car downstairs. The large floor-to-ceiling windows provide great lighting. The facilities are well maintained and new. There is also a free parking lot. I was given a breakfast, which was great! Will stay again next time. Recommended

Hotel price is really high!
It's really good for all groups of people, whether it's service, security, cleanliness. Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower.
As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside.
as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight.
Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information.
How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess.
In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place.
Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night.
There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift.
I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

1Service: My sister is very good, help me carry the suitcase, whether it is coming or going.
2Air conditioning: normal function, small wind, but the air conditioning remote control is a bit old, a few buttons can not press. The temperature is not so fast, but the meeting is still quite cool.
3 Hygiene: I wiped a lot of places carefully, and they were very clean. However, the 3 sets of beds are a bit yellow, and the other places are quite clean.
4 size: One person lives just right, the toilet is similar to the small toilet in the apartment. Although it is a little small, it is also cheap, just enough for one person.
5 The water flow is very strong, and the temperature is coming up quickly.
6 Free wireless, network is OK, faster.
7 Location: It's really convenient. There is a subway about 300 meters nearby, and the fountain is really close to where it goes.
