The traffic is very convenient. The entrance is next to Naixue's tea. There is an elevator going in. Although it is a bit difficult to find, it is the most convenient place to be from the roadside. There are three elevators at the other entrance, and you have to go around the mall. 303 people at the front desk were very good, and they also helped me upgrade the room type for free. The room was very wide, the bedding was very comfortable, and the temporary business trip was enough.

The location of the homestay is good, very close to Jiaxiu Building and Qingyun Road, within a 10-minute walk. From the flower bed next to the downstairs steps, the lighting layout in the corridor, the decoration and furnishings of the hall, the large public space and the rooftop garden, you can see that this homestay is very carefully managed. The room is very clean and tidy, the health is good, the furniture and layout are very ethnic, even the texture of the white wall is used, not a simple brush. The service is also very intimate, the front desk will take the initiative to help with luggage. Unfortunately, this stay is too short to experience, next time you come to Guiyang, you must still spend one night.

It was convenient for guests to take the tableware and it was recommended to maintain the hygiene of the tableware at any time (some guests sneezed at the table). The gym and swimming pool are fully equipped, the swimming pool is very clean, and there are usually swimming lessons in the afternoon, but half of the swimming pool will be reserved for guests to use. The gym service staff guided us into the locker room and introduced the precautions for using the swimming pool and gym. When I swam for a while and answered the phone by the pool, the swimming pool service staff was very considerate and sent a bath towel 👍. In short, the quality of the hotel staff is very high, and the service is the most satisfactory among all the hotels I have stayed in. It will definitely be my first choice next time I come to Guiyang!

Because I came to Guiyang by car, I checked and found that there were relatively few guests who booked Jiaxiulou. The hotel also had free parking, so I booked this hotel. Parking was quite convenient. There was an elevator directly to the hotel lobby (5th floor). The hotel facilities were complete. The front desk girl also helped us upgrade the room. Hotel is very close to the airport, so very convenient for travelling. Hotelroom was clean and sufficient for one night, breakfast was ok too. Staff very helpful, even they didn't speek englisch, but Google Translater helped. Parking in front of hotel for free. Would use this hotel again for a night or two.

The hotel has an excellent location. There are supermarkets and various restaurants nearby. You can see the Little White House and the Twin Towers from the window of the room. There are direct buses to Jiaxiu Tower and Wenchang Pavilion, which is more convenient than taking the subway. There is a shopping mall at night After the lights are lit, it becomes even more lively. The receptionist and cleaners are very enthusiastic and responsible. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

The hotel is centrally located in the midst of many food, shopping and transport choice. Service staff is really sincere and helpful. There’s are shared mini kitchen, washing machines/dryers/irons and umbrellas for guests to use. The hotel is perfect for free and easy travellers/friends/couple and travellers looking to enjoy and soak in sights flexibly. It is in a block where there are other businesses and travellers can be confused by a need to take a lift to the 31st floor where the lobby and check in is. Ask around and it’s easy to get to the lifts. Thank you to the hotel and nice staff for a very pleasant stay!
