The service attitude is really bad. I stayed here for two days and checked in on the first day. The air conditioner had no temperature. When I extended my room in the morning, I told him that he would change the room for me, and then he said he would fix it for me. When he came back from work in the evening, I asked him if the air conditioner had been repaired? He said it was fixed and went back to the room. Half an hour later, the air conditioner blew cold air. In this weather, the air conditioner blew cold air. OK, forget it. Then I called the front desk and asked me to change rooms. OK, I packed my things and came down. Give me another room. I ran back and forth four times to the front desk to swipe my card but could not open the door. He had a master card. The first time he reported the problem was that he couldn't open the door. He didn't say that he would help me solve the problem. He had to ask someone to help me open the door after I told him the fourth time. Whose service attitude is like this? Bad, very bad. The male staff member also joked, ”Wow, it's me, I'm going to get angry, yes, I feel the same way.” Bad review, service attitude is really bad. Problems with my hotel were not dealt with immediately. Not even a basic attitude.

I chose this hotel to be close to the train and subway station and the airport. I ended up not flying by plane, but was able to get to the train station easily to get back to where I needed to be. The only inconvenience is little access restaurants and a supermarket. But I added breakfast as part of my stay and the food was very good.

I was really pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot with good water pressure, the woman who checked us in was very efficient, the location literally inside the airport is perfect and all for a very reasonable price. I would, without a doubt, stay here again if I needed a bed close to Guiyang airport.

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

This is my second time in Guiyang and my first time staying at Sheraton. When checking in, Song Jindong at the front desk (highlight praise) was very patient in asking about the preferences for staying. The guests' needs were properly met. The answers were concise and clear. The handling process was quick and accurate, and the room breakfast was generously presented. The room service staff (sorry for forgetting to ask the name) also provided good service. They cooperated with the room to open the window for ventilation. I asked not to clean the room, but they handled the garbage very considerately. They observed that the mineral water in the room was finished, and they sent a few more bottles of water very attentively the next day. The breakfast was rich and the plates were large. The service staff was warm and thoughtful. They observed the needs of the guests very carefully and provided help in a timely manner. There were cutlery and tableware on each table, which was different from other hotels. It was convenient for guests to take the tableware and it was recommended to maintain the hygiene of the tableware at any time (some guests sneezed at the table). The gym and swimming pool are fully equipped, the swimming pool is very clean, and there are usually swimming lessons in the afternoon, but half of the swimming pool will be reserved for guests to use. The gym service staff guided us into the locker room and introduced the precautions for using the swimming pool and gym. When I swam for a while and answered the phone by the pool, the swimming pool service staff was very considerate and sent a bath towel 👍. In short, the quality of the hotel staff is very high, and the service is the most satisfactory among all the hotels I have stayed in. It will definitely be my first choice next time I come to Guiyang!

The hotel is newly opened, the environment is very good, there are advantages and disadvantages Advantages: The room is very clean, the sanitation is very good, the facilities are very new, and the service is particularly good. Smart home in the room is very convenient. Disadvantages: Since it is newly renovated, there is a bit of formaldehyde in the room. The TV plugged in the cable is a bit blocking the itinerary of the curtain switch. It is not convenient to switch the curtains. We directly unplug the TV plug (small problem). When taking a shower in the room, the shower gel was used up and was not added in time. The bathroom floor drain is a bit blocked, and the water leaks outside in a bath. There is also a bit of hair loss in the bath towel. It is recommended to change to a bath towel. Since we are driving by car, the traffic is quite convenient, but I feel that if there is no car, I have to take a taxi to travel. The nearest street to eat has to walk quite far. Overall, this price is quite worthwhile to live in this hotel, and overall it is quite satisfactory.

Because I came to Guiyang by car, I checked and found that there were relatively few guests who booked Jiaxiulou. The hotel also had free parking, so I booked this hotel. Parking was quite convenient. There was an elevator directly to the hotel lobby (5th floor). The hotel facilities were complete. The front desk girl also helped us upgrade the room. It was a satisfactory trip. The hotel also provided afternoon tea, which was quite good.

The room is ok and the price-performance ratio is good. The breakfast variety is just so-so, not as much as Hilton's. The meal replenishment is slow. It's hygienic. It's a bit perfunctory when there are many people. I usually wear slippers to eat breakfast. The floor will be slippery if it's dirty. There is a risk of slips and falls for guests. There is no sign of the hotel even if it is dragged. It is a fly in the ointment. It is suitable for business trips. There is Wanda nearby. There is a food court for more than ten yuan to take a taxi here. The waiters are very nice and the room prices are comparable.

Near Guiyangbei the railway station. Clean bedsheets. Room is clean. Mr. Qin welcomed and helped us a lot from to order a taxi to go to Ping ba garden and was willing to spend time helping us finding some information because we could not speak or read Chinese. He was very helpful and friendly and patient.

Building looks too business like for a hotel, be ready for simple no frills place. Easy snacks outside the building. Rooms are old but clean. It may be surprising for those not used to hotels like this. Service good, overnight attendant was attentive, good service attitude and helpful to my teenage children.
