前台服務態度實在實在太差勁。

房間設施和條件都還好，但前台服務態度實在實在太差，前台自己犯錯誤，我指出後，還把我給罵了一頓。住過太多酒店了，也是第一次遇到能教訓顧客的前台。

出差定的酒店，沒想到非常差勁，首先房間裏面衞生很差，燻人的臭味，讓人乾嘔。
前台服務非常差，根本沒有服務意識，感覺客人像難民來投宿的，高高在上，吊著臉。
早餐基本上沒啥可吃的，連個熱乎的都沒有，服務人員就像盯着賊一樣盯着客人。
除了酒店周邊交通、環境還不錯，確確實實沒有一點優點。
第一次去也是最後一次，一個縣城連一個正常的酒店都沒有嗎？

差評原因如下：
一，衞生狀況惡劣。由於房間地上有超過三處瓜子皮等不明物體、衞生間地漏沾滿頭髮，因而要求打掃衞生，店家主張換房間，查看其他房間均有瓜子果皮等，有一間有蟑螂在地上橫着走；
二，服務態度惡劣：房間衞生狀況極差但仍覺得理直氣壯，説什麼十多年了都這樣，太晚了不給打掃衞生，退房就退但房款要全收，投訴就投訴沒有投訴電話就是統一投訴熱線；以上發言完全沒有任何抱歉的意思，愛搭不理，理直氣壯；
三：房間設施老舊，牆上有不明線頭孔，不知道幹啥用的，窗户像五年沒擦過，床品等不像新洗的；
四：由於衞生狀況退房投訴後攜程平台全款退款，但該酒店在攜程平台上評分仍有4.0，名不副實，希望能夠以真實情況提示大家。
