There isn't a receptionist at the hotel. I had to use Google Translate to communicate with the hotel as the receptionist doesn't speak English. The booking agreement that I had with Trip.com was not honoured. I had to pay for breakfast when it was already a part of my booking. The agreed fee for my 7 day stay was not accepted by the hotel. I had to pay another 2000 Turkish Lira per night. There was no hot water and the corridor lighting was intermittent so I had to enter my hotel room in darkness. The bedsheets had holes and hair on them. The flush on the toilet didn't work. I left the next morning because these issues were not going to be resolved and the hotel staff were annoyed and angry that I was asking about these issues
