Very nice view here but many many problems at the hotel many snags like buggy service , no soap for showering everyday only body cream and conditioner, the breakfast is free but very small with no options , we had no hot water for 5 days everyday cold shower and we have no mini bar in room we have no blanket only sheet for blanket , the service was very nice and view

Insanely beautiful hotel, location with beautiful views and clear sea. The staff is very attentive and polite. I especially recommend visiting the spa area; massage master Sechil gives an unforgettable massage! I went with my friend more than once and were always delighted!

We arrived at the hotel in August 2023 with a friend! A pleasant experience from the very beginning. The staff speaks several languages, communication is easy, there is no language barrier. The very responsive and friendly manager Mustafa and the wonderful girl Nigar surrounded us with care and helped with resolving any issues. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The food is delicious and varied. The beach and incredible view deserve a special description. The water is refreshing, dolphins and fur seals swim. Come, you won't regret it!

I dont even know where to start. the best best hotel i ever stayed at! the staff is unbelievably kind and helpful and even though its a 5 star hotel and the pools and beaches are of such quality and feel,it felt like a home due to the staff. Especially Beste,she is absolutely amazing! She was so attentive to our wants and needs and she made sure our stay was memorable. Diyar and Baran were also wonderful and they made us feel so welcome with their warm smiles and pleasant attitudes, we woke up everyday so excited to go to seahorse just so we can interact with them. Eren and Arde,even though they didnt speak english, they never failed to be so helpful and so kind,always smiling and giving us the best energy. I also want to say that we got massages at the spa and the whole stay at the spa was so comfortable and nice, i recommend the spa whether you’re staying at the hotel or not. Overall,a 10/10 experience, the staffs young spirits is what made our trip❤️

This hotel has insane potential! It’s a five star facility but with 3-star service. The views are incredible, their beach area and deck are great and the staff (especially Mustafa) are very friendly. The penthouse we stayed in was out of this world! However, my low rating is due to so many elements that need fixing such as not replenishing toiletries, toilet paper, or towels on a daily basis, not having a phone in the room to speak to reception, having only one key to the 4-bedroom penthouse, a very unprofessional spa experience, and more.

Hello, very bad experiences, to avoid!!! First of all, I would like to point out that the hotel is still sublime with a panorama worthy of a postcard. However, communication and understanding are chaotic, the staff does not speak English or does not try to speak it. Problems at the restaurant, spa, reception and taxi pick-ups which dropped us off at the wrong address! After all his problems we decide to complain, the manager's welcome is clearly horrible, absolutely unprofessional, no feeling of compassion or understanding, poor honesty and nonchalance in all its splendor!! He clearly didn't care!! No excuses, no commercial gesture. He clearly laughed in our faces! Plus he sent a waitress to ask us to leave the place!! Hardly believable, unacceptable!!
