booked room for 2 nights stay with family. actually checked in 10 am of second day only as i didn’t want to wait till noon to check in. even then they were not able to allot the room immediately. i have asked for check out by 2 pm… but they were very particular to check out before 12 noon. though hotel rooms are empty, nobody to check in, they don’t have basic courtesy to speak softly particularly front office person. worst thing is been waiting for more than half an hour for check out as they want to confirm any usage of minibar items in the room. told clearly that nothing was taken. first time in my career front desk person did not rely on me & waiting to get confirmation from house keeping. for that stupid thing waiting for another half an hour & confirmed nothing used. never ever recommend this hotel capital to any of friends and family members to stay in future

I came across this property in online for my business trip. I booked the superior room, it was really very big as shown in the pictures. It’s completely safe for women travel-ling solo. The services and food was also good.

Fed-up with the frequent power cuts at night. Didn't sleep all night. Ac doesn't work properly and fan makes lot of noise
