Had wonderful experience in ITC banquet. Miss Tanushree and Mr.Phanindra provided outstanding support and assistance throughout the event. Their professionalism and prompt responses to any requests were incredibly helpful. Their dedication, expertise thorough planning make them a standout in the field. I had a great experience with ITC Guntur, and the staff was very good, and we had a great experience, and we were thoroughly enjoyed over the day at ITC Guntur. Thank you. The housekeeping staff was too good, especially Anil and Kumar they have their approach was too good

It has been a great experience and the staff over there is very excellent especially Anil from house keeping department .He is so good and very co-operative &the way he approaches for every single thing is so nice .Overall i had a great experience i would like to do more bookings in future

I am very much satisfied with everything. The room size is good and is neatly maintained. The service is pretty quick. The food at the restaurant tastes good and has a nice ambience. The pool is neatly maintained and the gym and spa facilities are good. The location is convenient. We liked how we were received at the reception and also checkout was quick. Special mention to all the staff who were very friendly and smiling all the time.

The service. Hospitality and staff are Exceptionally well. Kind and supportive. Food taste and varities are Good. I prefer to stay here during my future visits to Guntur. Greater Guntur view is Good. Food cab change little bit. Finally out of 5star

The hotel and the staff is so cool rather the coolest for guntur, kudos to the team and management of ITC for lying this piece of art as being the first 5 star hotel in guntur. Service could actually be worked on its pace as stuff takes really long to reach, but yeah could expect the lags as these for Guntur I presume. Wishing many more are to come in this chilly yard of India

My stay in welcom hotel guntur was exceptional. The start(Fazel and bishal) provided excellent service, and the room was spacious, and comfortable with great city views. The breakfast buffet are fantastic, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel's amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, spa, and pool, were impressive. Conveniently located near attractions, yet peaceful, it was the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at ITC Welcome Hotel in Guntur, and the experience was truly exceptional. I had a lunch in welcome cafe ITC hotel Guntur buffet the food was very delicious and spicy all the staff also is very nice and the ambience also is nice Especially special thanks for Mr.naveen in restaurant we like the way of receiving us and very professionaly way of service finally we have excellent service thank u we will visit next time surely
