It's the first and last time that we're going to complain about the behavior of the employees at the buffet restaurant at this Best Western. I want to mention that I have stayed at over 15 hotels part of this BW chain and nowhere have I seen such disrespect from the breakfast restaurant employees. Both the lady with glasses who was called the head of the restaurant and the gentlemen on yesterday's shift, moved us 3 times from the tables, to others that were dirty, not cleared or without cutlery on them because they were dedicated to other groups. This nasty behavior of disturbing the customer during the meal and then gossiping to his face and pointing the finger at him because he did not want to carry out their order. I didn't touch anything that I wanted to serve and for that I will contact the franchisor chain directly for a review along with the pictures from the non-existent SPA (empty jacuzzi), mess, the fact that for the extra services I received the tax invoice afterwards. insistences and many other aspects that I will detail directly. All of this could have stopped if your bespectacled employee at the breakfast buffet and co-worker the next day hadn't engaged in this behavior. To be avoided.

Situación estratégica para visitar los monasterios de Bucovina. El pueblo no tiene el menor interés. Las 4 estrellas serían 3 raspadas en España. Hotel tipo montaña pero desfasado y necesita una buena mano de pintura y mantenimiento; de todas formas no se está mal. Precio desconocido por viaje en grupo.

Old dirty and not working air conditioning. Very dirty room & toilette. The buffette dinner and breakfast very poor. 2 small slow elevators for 2 groups of 50+ people each. I would avoid to come to this hotel. Eventhough it has a good location and also has a good wifi

Muy buena atención del personal de recepción, nos informó y facilitó un descuento para la tirolina del parque de la ciudad. Bien ubicado, céntrico y cerca de varios restaurantes. Habitaciones correctas y limpias pero las camas suenan las maderas. Bien ubicado. Buen desayuno buffet

Hotel con camere vecchie legni scrostati aria condizionata non funzionante in tutto l’hotel, e impossibile tenere le finestre aperte x il rumore, per chi è solo la camera assomiglia a uno sgabuzzino con bagno piccolissimo, la cena inqualificabile e il personale non qualificato che per un hotel catena best western di 4 stelle è una cosa vergognosa , la colazione tante cose ma non accattivanti, per il the e il caffè bicchieri di carta. Sulla pulizia stendo un velo pietoso, nonché sulla moquette. La doccia scarico poco e si rimane con i piedi a mollo. Per concludere una esperienza PESSIMA, ma essendo in una posizione strategica per visitare due importanti monasteri o si organizza il giro diversamente o sembra quasi inevitabile. PESSIMO

Este hotel necesita una reforma en habitaciones y urgentemente en los baños. Estos muy pequeños y viejos. Muy poco iluminados y mobiliario muy antiguo. Solo tiene con 2 ascensores ... para poder usarlos el tiempo de espera es mínimo 5 minutos

Por mí experiencia puedo decir que está cadena deja siempre mucho que desear. En este caso la habitación incómoda por varios motivos: no había gel, solo champú, para ducharse solamente pastilla de jabón, el baño enano, el aire acondicionado no tiene modo de apagarse a no ser que quites la llave y entonces no hay luz, tampoco enfría... El desayuno muy mejorable. Falta más fruta y variedad en general. La cena que nos dieron no estuvo mal. Por tanto, no lo recomiendo.

I stayed two nights in a single accommodation at this hotel. The room was almost exactly as pictured on their website. It is pretty typical of a chain hotel anywhere in the world. The room was immaculate, although the shower, even with the door closed properly, leaked. Have a second towel ready. Outlets were sufficient, one being above the bed in what I first though was a light switch. The breakfast buffet was plentiful.

The restaurant at this hotel is wonderful! We arrived late, less than an hour before the restaurant closed and we ate on site for convenience. We were so glad we did! Excellent home cooked food and desserts. The hotel is older and charming. Had a slight issue when we checked in because the front desk staff does not hav access to the ******* bookings, apparently only the manager, so they could not confirm my booking. They did get us in a room, and just had me email all of the screenshots of our reservation to them to sort it in the morning. When we went down they had it all squared away so no issues. Just a heads up if you book close to your arrival on the evening. We would definitely stay again!
