The services were not upto the mark at all. The food was delayed by 1 hour. The kitchen staff was cooperative a bit but there services were not as per expectations. There was no intimation calls for breakfast as well. The room was cleaned nicely though.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Delicious food and helpful stuff,Akash was a lovely host. Should try paneer makhni and cigar rolls. Opulent ambience and hygiene ambience.had a wonderful time here. I recommend others too. The food is tasty as well and location in the heart of dlf.

Value for money and pretty decent options for breakfast. The ambience is also quite good. The only suggestion I would have is if you can improve your prior check-in room service and checking for toilet rolls and water bottles I wouldn't hesitate to give you 5 star. Also, please leave the WIFI information in the room. If you can also leave a small brochure for places to explore within the area that would help.

Great service. The area is better than staying in central delhi. Closer to cyber city where you can see the modern india. The guy at the reception really helped with booking can to taj mahal and for city tour. Its a bit farther from the main city and the traffic to get here can sometimes be bad from the main city. But the airport is closer. But its its really peaceful compared to the main city so all good. Rooms are good but could be better but still fine.

Everything was awesome plus coffee is the best and the ambience plus the theme and hospitality was really great i really enjoyed my stay here and would looking forward to come again abd enjoy some other stuff with my friends and family. Thanks

Overall good experience, staff behaviour was also good , and room enterior and bed was good I've already stayed three times, location is also good This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome i had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything

Property is well maintained and staff is really good and they have a cute little coffee shop also the balcony space there offers amazing views ***** with privacy. You should try it once with your friends and family . We had an amazing stay here.
