I recently had the pleasure of staying at Country Inn & Suites by the Radisson blu. The staff was cooperative and provided excellent services. The food was both appealing and delicious. The property was a great experience for me Highly recommend

Worst hotel I have ever experienced. No power. No water. No food and no internet. In corner and staff like goons. Better to stay st footpath than staying here. Life at this hotel is like hell and no one can save you. It was like a nightmare for me staying at this hotel. Fake Radisson name.

It was possibly the most horrible hotel experience I've ever had. There was no power, no proper food, and you couldn't order food from outside. The staff behaved like goons, there was no proper internet, and no room service. All housekeeping supplies were of poor quality and lacked hygiene. The hotel is in a very remote location, making it a scary place to stay, even if it were free of cost.

Terrible place. They charge 7k per night but rooms are substandard. Unprofessional staff starting from front desk, house keeping, restaurant, security... Worst is the food and breakfast is terrible.. Radisson must look into these issues or else the name Radisson is being misused.

Had to shorten my two day’s trip on account of a medical emergency back home. I had to literally beg them to allow me to leave the hotel. The refund was made after numerous efforts and wastage of time. Also the adventure activities the photos of which they exhibit here on the website do not exist at all. They are taking us for a ride. Go at your own risk. Disappointing stay.

Do not book this property there is no GM no bell boy if you doing check out at 01:00 they charge you half day night this is the first time experience in my if you ask to reception for GM or some senior person they provide sales person details for complaints. for operations sales will not responsibile. Property work with hotel trainee boys there is no men power to work spoil my birthday to book it here!!!!! Floors were broken In nights shut down the AC Property not maintained according to price Unhygiene staff Water locked in washroom Don’t book this property They do know about the hospitality *H*

This was our last night of a two week touring holiday before returning to the UK. Rooms were well equipped and comfortable. Hotel was all clean and fresh looking. Outside was a pool and a few tables and chairs , and as we were not leaving until afternoon it provided a chance to relax. Food was OK, nothing special but a reasonable choice. As we were there over lunchtime, some of us ate in the restaurant. Much of what was on the menu was unavailable, so we settled on club sandwiches. These were enormous, well filled and great value. Drinks were available at dinner, and afterwards in the bar, but at 10pm the bar closed, without the opportunity to buy another drink. Some staff were more friendly than others, and most appeared not to understand any English. I was not amused when one told me at breakfast that I had not paid for two drinks the previous night, which I most certainly had done. On the other hand, one member of our party had not paid for a drink, but told them at breakfast, and they didn't even know, so there is a lack of professionalism. The location is not great if you want to leave the hotel premises, there is nothing around, but it is not too far from the airport if you are travelling on. Overall it was a generally satisfactory stay.

The event was fabulous!! The property is amazing!! The amenities and the staff are just fantastic!! Everyone was so so helpful and courteous and are willing to go extra mile to serve you..ever smiling!! The meals...all 3 ..lunch, dinner and breakfast were amazing and everyone were delighted and contented to have this sumptuous food!! The snacks were yummy...thank you chef!! .The bartender and the people helping in banquets were super and efficient in their work!! Thank you all!! Thanks Gopal ji and Anil ji for handling and arranging everything so well!! Special shout out for Amrita for being such a calm, efficient and amazing work!! Way to go for such splendid job done!! Thank you again team Country Inn!! You all.were fantastic!! Looking forward to be served again!! Cheers!! Kriti K
