Omg the bar was amazing... Love all the drinks I had and they were made with such care ... Are bartender was attentive, enjoyable. And kind to me and my wife. Akhilesh was one of my best bartender I had in a long time .... I'm happy I stayed at this hotel ....

I must say park plaza is a very excellent hotel. Very good service. Akhilesh did the very good service. All the drinks and margarita. Chef Amit the Kathi roll was very good very good taste. Park plaza is very good hotel very fredenly people they have very beautiful bar.

I visited this place with my special guest that is my wife and my special guest loved the place and aroma here and the food was great. With lot of respect the staff treated us. The person who was serving us food, she was so pleasent and humble. Loved it💕

I have been served by Akhilesh Gihar twice once in the restaurant and once in the bar. He is one of the Amazing server he has even looked up some cocktails online to serve everything possible cocktail at the park plaza hotel at Gurgaon. Hard to find hard working servers.

Stayed at the hotel with my family for a wedding. Hotel is a bit old but comfortable. Rooms are nice and spacious however the woodwork is traditional and not modern. Breakfast spread is big and tasty. The staff is polite and helpful. Overall a comfortable stay, good for a short stay but the hotel needs to renovate the rooms.

Stay was good, food is nice , although , little expensive for the services provided. Steam wasnt working. Overall it was comfortable stay

I stayed here with family to attend wedding functions in family for two days. The experience has been great for me and my family. The hospitality of the staff is of high stature as they’d been humble and helpful with most request. The food has been one of the highlights for us under Chef Amit. All guest had been appreciative of the food both veg and non-veg. The wedding functions were handled well by Mr. Gopal’s team and executed on ground by Mr. Akhilesh. Overall the experience for us and our family was really fun and Enjoyable due to the hospitality of the staff.

I stayed at Park Plaza, Gurugram with my family. The staff is very welcoming and cooperative. I stayed in executive suite and it is very well maintained and spacious. The food is really very good. My kids also enjoyed the meals. The pool area needs a bit of maintenance but still manageable.

It was great staying at this property. The room was very neat and clean. The staff is wonderful. They even celebrate my Birthday with serving a complimentary cake and that was surprisingly unexpected. Thank you making me feel special guest.

Very pleasant stay. The room size was quite impressive, clean and spacious. The front desk staff and at the breakfast resturant were very nice. Special thanks to MR.Aateesh with whom i had a nice conversation while having lunch. The hotel is well located to many nearby Gurgaon daily shopping centers. Breakfast spread was not elaborate but nice. Would prefer to come back again.
