This is our second stay here very bad experience in this hotel with the food and services, during check in time one of the trainee is standing at reception how may i help you so i have told each and every detail and of check in then he called staff then again i have to tell him everything again which is very bad practice, we have ordered pasta in the room the server came and asked for where is my tip, then in the evening we have ordered again food and same come wrong and again server asked for tip we have sent back food and spoken to chef but however again food came wrong we have to wait for food 3 times. Such a pathetic experience.
