The ratings are not so high, but overall a solid 3. The main inconveniences are related to the fact that this area is still being built up and there is practically nothing to do outside the hotel area. But one of the main advantages of the hotel is that on its territory there is a local market, restaurants, shops and everything you need.

Anurag has been exceptionally supportive throughout my time here, despite his inability to hear. His willingness to assist me in various situations has made a significant difference in my experience, showcasing his remarkable character and dedication to helping others.

It's a good concept to have a shopping mall with a hotel on top. Holiday inn is on the main road with an interesting open market around it (which has everything not high brand but everything). The staff is amazing at the hotel...shout out to chef yaspal and dheeraj. Service with smile and looking after your guests. That is what hotel staff has to sign up to and these 2 do just that. At the only all dining restaurant where food is good, service is good stars like them keep it shining. Even the entrance guards were delightful.. for once I was forced to appreciate how cordial tehy were. My bad I did not get names.

Food was excellent wonderful service….Multipel Breakfast option… Mr YashPal and dheeraj service was excellent.. Location was good…Masala Dosa and Dal tadka was very tasty… ThankYou Mr Yaspal and dheeraj……………………………………………………………. ….

Chef Yes pal mr dheeraj give a best services on the time of morning and evening also smile face make create postivity hope will enjoy the services and tea and dosa is the best ever product whicb i feel to top product whic i like to eat drink the favulas tea in the era thankyou alll

Great Experiance and great food with unique taste. Specially Pindi chole, paneer tikka and paneer lababdar are awesome. Chef Yashpal and Mr. rajpal Mr Neeraj is having good behaviour and very supportive in any kind of service.Thank you all the team.

From my experience, the hotel provides very good customer service. Especially the foods are edible, you can get the menu changes everyday. So you can get variety of menu and tastes daily. And don’t forget the cakes during the dinner. Must try!

Room is clean , fresh, but a little bit tiny for me. and about food in the hotel i think it might be quite good for indian people. for me, i can eat only less of them because i don’t like indian food and also i’m a foreigner so, it’s hard for me to eat such an indian taste everyday. what i can eat is only breakfast because they have like egg, bread, milk, fruits, salat, and sometimes they have western food also in the morning. and i have observed every time whenever i go to have breakfast and i see that one staff name Aditya, i don’t know what is his position but i always see him works on the 16 floor. he is very friendly. he very kind and helpful! he talks to us very nicely and politely and especially, he always provides the good service to us. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I like dosa and uttapam in this hotel . I like the services of the hotel. the food is very fresh so i love balaji dosa and Aditya services in this hotel, tge environment is trally nice.............................................................
