I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Trident Hotel in Gurgaon for a week during a business trip, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after long days of meetings. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail, from the high-quality toiletries to the well-stocked minibar. The hotel facilities are outstanding. The swimming pool and fitness center are well-maintained, offering a great way to unwind after a busy day. I also had the opportunity to dine at their restaurants, and I must say the food was delicious with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. What truly sets Trident Gurgaon apart is the service. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always ready to assist with any request, making my stay both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, my week-long stay at Trident Gurgaon was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gurgaon, whether for business or leisure. Definitely worth recommending. The attitude of the service staff is excellent. The service quality is good and extremely considerate. They attach great importance to and are attentive to all service links. Although the construction status of the nearby roads is very poor, it does not affect the quality of the internal living. I highly recommend it.

The hotel facilities are very good and the breakfast is rich

I was so mesmerized by the beauty of the hotel.friendly and helpful staffs. Check in and check out was easy. Clean room and great amenities. Food were delicious and lots of variety. I had the best lamb burger ever . We will definitely stay again in the future.

I had a memorable experience at Trident, Gurgaon, captivated by its beautiful architecture and the room’s impressive view. The 24-hour in-room dining added an extra layer of convenience and luxury, making the stay fully satisfying. All in all, a wonderful blend of scenic elegance and attentive service created a perfect retreat.

My last three breakfast experiences have been terrible. I might have dismissed them as isolated incidents, but three times over a few months is disappointing. How hard can it be to serve basic eggs? I’ve reached out, and while they acknowledge the feedback, there’s been no improvement.

It is an excellent experience, the hotel is very nice and o had requested the Hotel for the transportation to pickup our team from airport and to make a tour and drop us back to airport, apart from the transport, I had also requested for the Tour guide, we were assigned by the hotel with the guide by name Mr. Javed Khan from Travelosei, he is a knowledge book of history, with very fluent in English. The vechicle was in all very good condition, and the driver was very cooperative. In simple it was an amazing experience to travel with them for 3days, It is an unforgettable memory.

Excellent service , beautiful hotel. Staff are friendly, efficient and offer superb service. Hotel is stunning with white marble and sunken pool. Would recommend. Set in Gurgaon outside Delhi opposite ambience mall. Great breakfast buffet, good gym and pool.

Beautiful hotel nestled in New Delhi. Food was great, staff was so friendly and beyond accommodating...meanwhile the property was beautiful! As soon as you pull in, you feel like you're in another world. Absolutely would stay again after flying in from the USA.

This is my third time at this hotel, and as always, the service, facilities, food, and willingness to resolve issues are first-class. On this occasion, I had a problem with a transfer not managed by the hotel but by a tourist transport company. Seeing that this service (which had to be provided by others) was not carried out, the hotel staff at the entrance, on its initiative, managed a quick and efficient solution for me... they took me to where I should have been at that time.
