It was an anniversary trip for my wife & I and our stay at the hotel made it very special & truly memorable. Anchal made us a special cake & chocolates for our anniversary which made our hearts melt w/ happiness & us feel like royalty. As a globalist; they upgraded our suite and it was very nice and spacious. The hotel is very new & modern. Breakfast was very organized, delicious & lots of choices. The fitness facilities were top notch, with new machines & plenty of free weights and cardio equipment so easy & efficient to get a great workout. Tushar and the entire staff were very professional, polite & helpful. As a longtime Hyatt Globalist, Hilton Diamond, etc. that averages ＞ 160 nights/year in hotels; the Grand Hyatt Gurgaon’s staff rates better to the service you get at higher category Hyatts (Park Hyatt, Thompson), Conrad Hotels & high-end JW Marriotts. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Delhi area.

Grand Hyatt Gurgaon is a luxury hotel I'll organise the event and I am the wedding planner and it's was my first in this hotel and my experience was too good and staff was too polite and helpful and Khushi so helpful and she is so sweet with me and my member

Excellent rooms. The hotel has the freshness of a new property even though it is just two years old. One of the best Hyatt Properties in India. If you have work in Gurgaon , this is the property to stay. Little bit expensive on the pocket though.

It's was too good hotel and there security system is too good and there guest was very coprative and khushi alway help ask and gr desk too good and this hotel is so luxurious and hygienic and it's was awesome moments for me and my friends and it's was memorable day for me
