Was ok they must have to improve the hospitality service of the hotel otherwise best location to stay near guruvayoor temple

The checkin time of 1 pm looked odd, otherwise the stay was comfortable. It's location close to the east nada is very suitable for dharshan.

The room was good and clean. The staff are friendly. As a person who doesn't know the language the staff helped us with finding good food and everything.

The stay was pleasant and had no hassles for the stay. The reception and house keeping was very good. Very pleasant and comfortable and hassle free.

Very small bathroom and there is no separation for bath space and toilet. No place inside bathroom to keep dresses. To make the situation worse hot water was not available. When complained, very mild hot water was brought in bucket but that was dirty. Pillow covers were dirty. Altogether very bad service compared to other hotels in guruvayur charging similar rate

We took 2 rooms with extra bed in one room. Extra bed was simply kept oust-side with no info. Room was not clean. Staff at the eve were not friendly, didnt even want to speak. If maintained neatly with friendly staff its good for a few hours stay with visit to temple.
