mein absolutes Lieblingshotel, da passt alles, Spa-Bereich toll, Frühstück super, Freundlichkeit des Personals sehr gut, Restaurant sehr gut, einzig etwas hochpreisig mittlerweile, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde auf jeden Fall wieder einmal bei Ihnen vorbei kommen Von Anfang bis Ende war alles top Meine Empfehlung wäre im Bad ein Haken für das Händehandtuch und einen kleiner Abtreter wenn man vom Balkon wieder ins Zimmer kommt, wenn der nass ist gibt es sehr bald unschöne Flecken auf dem wunderschönen Teppichboden, wäre schade drum Bis bald

Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt während userer jährlich stattfindenden Kollegiumsfahrt: Die Wahl des Hotels hätte für uns nicht besser sein können. Es ist recht selten, dass sich unsere 20 Personen starke Truppe so einig ist. Von den Zimmern und dem Essen über die Lage bis hin zu jedem einzelnen Servicepersonal, wir waren alle begeistert. Vielen lieben Dank an das Kurhaus Güstrow.

Wir hatten 2 schöne Tage im Kurhaus. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit insbesondere an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet, der Bodenbelag des Balkons kommt in die Jahre. Das Frühstück ist gut, Abendessen auch aber nicht viel Auswahl in richtigen vegetarischen Gerichte (insbesondere Gemüse). Der Spa-Bereich ist ok aber ein bisschen dunkel und lieblos gestaltet (insbesondere die Dachterrasse und Ruhebereich). Die Umgebung ist etwas laut (Verkehrsstraße), der Steg zum Baden am See ist sehr verschmutzt (nicht direkt eine Aufgabe oder Verantwortung vom Hotel aber die Gemeinde sollte vom Hotel darauf aufmerksam gemacht werden, weil es schon sehr nah am Hotel liegt).
