One of the worst experience i have ever witnessed. They have not even changed previous bed sheet neither they have provided basic materials. Also, They took 1 hour and 30 mins to provide dinner and lunch. Apart from these, they have not even provided tissue papers despite of multiple request. The house keeping staff did not come for room cleaning for 2 days despite of multiple request.

firstly I wanted to mention the staff of this property from the security guard to the staff in the Restaurant and Room service all are customer centric and organized. even the reception guys. very good! 👍 The food was very much to my liking as well. the only issue I had was the rooms. broken water kettle. toilets and bathrooms were a bit dirty and a bit smelly. which was a NO for me. even pillow cover and bedsheets were not up to the mark. need to make the room proper. Also should provide at least 2 chairs in the room. I do hope this stuffs that I have mentioned gets improved. I have stayed 3 times within a couple of months gap in this hotel and I do hope to stay again with the improvements. 🙏

worth it if available .No food room service for breakfast you will need to go to the hotels restaurant which is at 4th floor,rest everything is good.

Don't ever book by mistake, the rooms are so dirty and door is like it will get break at any moment ..it's not a safe for girls or couples to stay ...from outside hotel looks fine but from inside it doesn't deserve 500Rs also....staffs unprofessional and they will put extra charges...most of the reviews are just to get discount in next stay
they don't allow outside food... forcefully u have to eat their food...and there was no dustbin also
so kindly save your money look for other options
