Pathetic staff behaviour. Old stinky hotel. 1. They don’t provide hot water 2. They say that they provide breakfast, timing was 10 am to 12. We reached at 10 and waited till 10.20, they didn’t serve. On top of it one item Upma was Tver I told the lady staff to provide us dishes, she denied and said full breakfast is yet to start. Even though we were ready to eat Upma at 10.20 am, She behaved very rudely. 3. The only thing because of which they get business is proximity to Kamakhya temple. We checked in at 7 am and told check out time at 3 pm on same day. They charged us in full, didn’t provide hot water, didn’t provide promised breakfast still they quarrelled for late checkout at 3 pm. Disgusting, rude, arrogant lady staff. I wish no one stays there. They don’t deserve our hard earned money.
