Staff behavior is good bed is not good ac was working bathroom is average room is average it was booked by couples mostly i have booked alone

This property is easy to locate in the Sixth Mile area. We have many restaurants nearby and the food is good.

Loved the stay however i couldn’t book an ac room tor three people. My sister had a surgery and she required an ac room, i requested for it but they denied saying its already booked but we were already staying in the property. Also they gave a cooler for the non ac room and didn’t inform us that they will take the same charge they take for an ac room. Just so unfair. That would be all. Just that requests should be accommodated as and when emergencies come up.

Booked a non ac room for rs. 670 using makemytrip. The room and the toilet was as clean as any high end hotel. No complaints on that. The caretaker was really good though. The only problem is they lock the property at 10. 30pm at night. That left me in a tight spot. I travel-led from tezpur to guwahati, just for one night to attend a show and it ended at 11pm. I was in between the show and they said they have to lock the property and can't allow me in now. But later when i reached the guy came out and let me in, got saved. But also, after this incident of coming at 11. 30 pm at night, changed the behavior of the caretaker completely. I kept asking for pardon and told him sorry and not to mind several times. Also gave him dozens of pitha while leaving the homestay. But he didn't even speak a word. That's the only con. If you are to return late, go somewhere else, this isn't a hotel, it's a homestay with some residents also living in the compound. Otherwise the rooms are just a class.

Nice room with good kitchen and location.

It was a pleasant stay. But for couples the homestay doesn't give much privacy as the caretakers stay beside guest's room so we felt little bit discomfort for that. Otherwise it was ok.
