Jugs placed in the rooms were very dirty and stinking. No water bottle were provided and when ordered they charge more than mrp which can’t as per law. No room slippers and dirty towels. No bills were provided for my food orders, i guess it went to staff collectively to all. I was a mistake, i booked at siroy lily.

Good location, has all facilities nearby, shops, banks, atm, taxi, auto, hotels, restaurants all available. But rate of stay is at a little higher side. Breakfast and meals are also at a higher side.

This hotel is located in good place. The stagfs have very good behavior. Except this nothing is proper. I think this hotel is on lease otherwise it should not have been not so terribly unmanaged. I do not at all recommend d for family stay in this hotel. If urgency occurs no one will come to your rescue. Very pathetic. There is no proper working of tv even, linen very old, no water in water jug. Water kettle is there. But milk or sugar or water.

The location was easy to find by my driver. The room was neat n clean. I was staying for one day and i had to rush for my next destination early in the morning so i didn't get time to have food but i had evening snacks tea n veg pokora it was good. Over all it was a good experience n i had a pleasant night.

Not even a single dental kid they provide i ask them for a dental kid and the reply was we don't have that service

It's overpriced for what is offered. The rooms are old and smelly, the bathroom is stained and old. Breakfast has very few options.

- Rooms not that much of good quality - You need to ask for basics in your room like (Electric Kettle, Clean Towel)
- If you skip you breakfast time then you wont get your food
