The location is good. But hotel is average.

The banquet is in the same first floor of the room and it’s tooooooooooo noise till the party in the banquet end like 1 u cannot sleep

Services were pathetic, quality of the room was and hygiene was bad. There was leakage from ac. We were two guest but dental kit and bathroom kit were for only 1 person

We reached the hotel at 12. 15pm and the receptionist told us to wait for 10min. However we were told that he will give us an upgraded room as our pure booked room wasn't ready. So wait and wait till 1. 00 pm and he again told us to wait in the lounge area and wait for it. But i insisted him to give any room asap. And then he gave us a room that were even lower class then already prebooked.

Though there was an check-in issue the stuffs are very polite and breakfast buffets was added bonus for me. Housekeeping was on point overall very humble and friendly experience 😊

Olive garden cafe (rooftop) is the charm of the hotel. I spent my eve on top rather than staying at room as i was travel-ling alone for work. Food taste was good. Music was lively. Neat and clean toilets and room. Spacious rooms.

My experience in the hotel. 1) staffs were welcoming and friendly 2) foods were great 3) rooms were clean 4) location was excellent so, over all i had a good time staying.

Pathetic stay, untidy room, broken furniture, non availability of drinking water. Drinking water available on charge after multiple calls after min 20 mins and max 40 mins.
