I'm writing to express my disappointment with Awesome Palace Guwahati. My Indigo flight was delayed, and I couldn't check-in on the booking day. I informed them, but they refused to cancel and refund. The next day, I managed to arrive early, but my room was given away. I was asked to wait, but communication was lacking. They repeatedly told me 10 minutes, making me wait for 3-4 hours. I was exhausted and needed rest, but it wasn't prioritized.

Excellent hospitality and modern infra. The rooms are tidy. Bathrooms are designed with a modern touch. The restaurant on the 4th floor has a wonderful view with a big glass facade. Breakfast was tasty. Staff is friendly. We had an overnight stopover thus was the perfect stop near to the airport (5 mins). The hotel also arranged a free pick up and drop to the Airport.

Stayed here for one night. This hotel is located very close to Guwahati Airport and they provide complimentary pick up and drop service to airport. Room was specious and delightfully clean. Restaurant at the 4th floor serves delicious foods. Complimentary breakfast was having many healthy and tasty options. Staffs are mostly helpful and professional. It is located on the SOS road and easily accessible.

Awesome Palace located opposite to City Centre Mall and surrounded by food joints, showrooms and liquor shops. The rooms are big and have comfortable mattresses. Interiors need modification and the shower room needs to have a hair dryer. Breakfast needs to have more variety. The roof top restaurant is awesome and serves good food. Good place for a short trip.

I was absolutely delighted with this hotel! ✨ The staff is incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help. From the very first moments, you feel cared for and warmly welcomed, which makes the stay especially pleasant. The room was clean and cozy, with daily housekeeping. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm, and everything is thoughtfully arranged.
