The property had all modern amenities like ac, geyser, refrigerator etc. However, the lighting in the room as well as in the bathroom had some issues. The bathroom had no lights. We informed the caretaker about the same and he told us that he would change the light the next day but he didn't so had to use the bathroom without any light. The young guy in the reception was nice and helpful.

1. Room is a bit small but okay for two people. 2. Ac is somehow working but temperature is not adjustable. 3. No place for hanging clothes. Almirah is there without any hanger. 4. Cleaning service is very poor. We stayed there for 4 nights, during this period they didn't even changed our bedsheets once despite requested for the same. 5. Toilet shower is non functional. 6. No room service. 7. Owner is polite.

The location of the hotel is easily accessible. Staff are very much professional and the check-in experience was buttery smooth. Though amenities could have been improved, like soap and other items. Services are up to the mark with very justifiable food prices. Now, the best part is the breakfast. I have stayed in different ranges of hotels but never got a wide and quality range of breakfast buffets that they provide. Kudos to the hotel management for this. I would definitely recommend anyone who is visiting guwahati to enjoy their stay at magic square.

So so service. I was happy because they let me an early checkin at 7am. But one of their staff was rude and ignorance. Later another took incharge and he arranged everything well, cleaned the room asap. Being a single girl, however sometimes i felt the second guy little creepy, even-though he was serving well.
