兩點：一個是要主動給客户説空調的事情，不要小家子氣，開個酒店空調那點電都捨不得，第二是窗户的紗窗是壞的，早餐一般吧，正好碰到旅行團，人多。

此酒店原名“固原西港航空飯店”，出租車司機一般不認知“首旅萬信酒店”，更認知酒店的原名。位置比較偏，附近不容易找到餐廳或小吃店。大堂高大上，房間中規中矩，乾淨衞生。辦理入住手續時前台衹有一人，搞得感覺等待辦理時間比較長。酒店大門口沒有門衞，偌大的大堂除了正在忙碌的接待員外，難覓其他員工問詢固原市的旅遊等事宜。
