1. The hotel's cost is too high as per the size of rooms and services like there is no exhaust fan, dirty pillows, dirty blankets broken toilet seats and floor
2. Food's cost is too high even for the location like gwalior a tier 3 city even if you order tea it costs you around 79-, is it worth drinking tea at this cost, outside the hotel you will get same tea in less than 20.

Room 205 on the first night was damp, with construction bang outside the window, stinking, and not painted well. The staff was nice and polite to change the room to room 201 which was very nice. The staff helped cater to my needs as i was not feeling well on the second night. I would suggest that rooms should have open-able windows so one is not compelled to use the ac at all times.

The room was slightly untidy, however it was made clean and clear in no time. Overall experience was great and the staff was much cooperative.
